"Miły hotel, zostałem tam tylko jedną noc podczas przekładania. Pokój był trochę mały, nawet według japońskich standardów, ale to było oczekiwane. Było jednak bardzo czyste. Na recepcji było wiele udogodnień, które były miłe dotyk. recepcjonistka mówiła dobrą angielską, więc wszystko było łatwe. Obszar jest również świetny, z mnóstwem restauracji do wyboru. Jeśli masz położenie, zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym obszarze, jest bardzo blisko lotniska, zaledwie kilka przystanków autobusowych."

"I chose this hotel as a culminating place to stay before flying back home as it was close to Aron Mall and my family would enjoy a last minute shopping.  It turned out to have an outstanding breakfast buffet and wonderful grilling restaurant for dinner.  Very helpful staff as well.  It’s the kind of big traditional hotel where you can breathe a sigh of relief as they actually clean the room daily!"

"To be honest, I didn't have high expectations when I stayed here. I had heard that the building wasn't particularly new, and that Lake Shikotsu Onsen wasn't particularly well-known. However, after actually staying there, I found everything to be wonderful. First of all, the location is fantastic. As the name Lakeside Villa suggests, it really does face the lake, offering endless views of the majestic Lake Shikotsu. The rooms and building aren't particularly new, but they're well-maintained, and the massage chairs are brand new and comfortable. The hot springs were also very pleasant on the skin, and I enjoyed both the in-room hot spring and the private hot spring. The best thing about this place is the food, and the Italian course meal was delicious. The waiter was elderly, but his friendly and warm service made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a truly wonderful place, and I can confidently recommend it."

"There are many restaurants around the accommodation, and a convenience store is right next door. Across from the convenience store is a Japanese izakaya (Japanese pub) with delicious grilled chicken. The room here is much more spacious than the previous place we stayed. We were only there for two days, so it was a bit rushed. The kitchen is fully equipped; next time we could invite more friends to stay longer, buy fresh local ingredients, and cook together. In addition to air conditioning, there's also electric heating. Although it's still a bit chilly in Hokkaido in April, the room wasn't cold. Overall, it was quite good. I would stay here again next time I go to Hokkaido."

"We had a wonderful stay at Portom International Hokkaido and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hotel feels very new and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The onsen was one of our favourite parts of the stay. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, and a great way to relax after a long day. We also appreciated having access to a well-equipped gym, which was spotless and had everything needed for a good workout. The room amenities were surprisingly comprehensive. It wasn’t just the usual toiletries—they even provided thoughtful extras like air freshener, onsen pj, actual pj, bedroom slippers which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and quality of the facilities really stood out. Portom International Hokkaido made our trip even more enjoyable, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium stay near the airport."
