"Zalecam ten hotel, który jest największym hotelem, który daliśmy nam w tej podróży. Pessa nie jest bardzo popularnym miastem w Dolomiti, ale hotel nie jest daleko od stacji kolejowej, pieszo 10-15 minut, a autobus obok stacji kolejowej ma autobus do Otisei Ski Town, Valley Funes i inne. Hotel powinien być bardzo znanym restauracją w mieście Pensana. Jest on na górze. Dlatego jest bardzo wygodny do jedzenia, doskonały poziom, pokój jest szeroki i kuchnia, rodzina trzyosobowa jest bardzo wygodna, bardzo zalecane!"

"We were actually looking for a hotel for an overnight stay on our way to Italy. We would also recommend this nice, cozy hotel for a stay of several days! We found it by chance and found it right away in the small town of Klausen. It has its own underground parking garage (free!) and really professional, courteous staff! The rooms are spacious and smell lovely of fresh wood! Everything is superbly clean and nicely decorated! The breakfast is truly fantastic! The buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and the owner personally looks after his guests! Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice, affordable hotel in the area!"

"The property is nice and clean, although quite uncomfortable. To get to the rooms, there are a lot of boxes, which are definitely inconvenient with suitcases and some parts outside, so it's really cold at times. Many rooms don't have a bidet, and yet we're in Italy 🙄 In the bathroom, there are no towels for the shower, only small ones. The classic duvets are short and narrow, and since I'm slightly taller than average (171 cm), I had a hard time sleeping. Either my feet or my entire shoulders were exposed. Extremely uncomfortable. There's no phone to contact reception, and as I said, leaving the room to get there is a journey 😬 There's not always someone at reception; you have to go look in the restaurant or somewhere else. Breakfast is average, nothing special. In short, I was really hoping for something better."

"During our 8-night stay in Italy, we spent 3 nights at this hotel, and it was by far our best experience. A lovely little hotel with beautiful grounds and genuinely warm, friendly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really added to the welcoming feel of the hotel. The rooms are fairly basic, but they are modern, spotlessly clean and very well organised, with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool area after a day of hiking — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is ideal for exploring some amazing hiking trails in the mountains. The town itself was just a short walk away and was a real unexpected hidden gem. With its Germanic heritage, it’s incredibly beautiful, with some lovely restaurants and the best ice cream parlour I’ve ever been to! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this lovely little hotel. It has so much going for it and is a fantastic base for exploring the area."
