„Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress.”

„Hotel Franziskaner ma najlepszą lokalizację w starym mieście Chur, gdzie znajduje się zaledwie 10 minut spacerem (płaskie drogi) od dworca kolejowego Chur, który znajduje się obok dworca autobusowego. Podróż autobusem zajmuje tylko 2 przystanki na zewnątrz hotelu. Personel hotelu dał nam przepustkę Chur na transport publiczny, a także kilka wskazówek, gdzie warto się wybrać. Uwielbiamy śniadania. Kawa jest dobra. Personel hotelu był przyjazny. Okno naszego pokoju hotelowego ma dobry widok na stare miasto. Jednak hotel nie ma windy i trzeba wnieść bagaż na swoje piętro. Mój pokój hotelowy ma tylko 2 gniazdka elektryczne pod szafkami nocnymi i trzeba uklęknąć, aby podłączyć telefon do ładowania.”

„View looking towards carpark but not too bad. Also it has a cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit! Free chocolates when checking in & checking out… sooo sweet!”

„The location was further then anticipated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the ads. Though yhe room we had selected was tiny, it was clean and the attached bathroom was big However, the glass panel sitting on top of the side of bathtub isn't fixed, making getting in and out of the tub unsafe, as the glass panel is the only element that one could hold on to in order to step out of the tub. The receptionists weren't too interested in attenting to hotel guests. But, overall experience was elevated due to its design/structure uniqueness; an ex-jail building. It's communal kitchen and lounge space were great space where we'd spent some of our time. There were also a lot of common shower rooms and WCs within the building, which was great as the 4 of us needn't queue for the washroom especially in the early morning.”

„Hotel was located farther from the train station than i expected, and was on a seemingly quiet street. wasn't quite the case as a regular stream of loud people walking and chattering late into the night could be heard in the room. very hot season so windows had to be kept wide open as sweating inside. There was one instance of ringing of bells for like 15 min non-stop on a Sun night, not sure why. Fortunately not repeated while there, the hourly ones were short. Has to be said this was the best price I could find within the vicinity, room and toilet facilities were basic but decent. Be warned though, other than shops in the train station, absolutely nothing was open on Sunday including restaurants. Not an exciting town to see either. Bring instant noodles if you must stay.....”

„Lokalizacja poza miastem, ale łatwy dojazd autobusem tuż przed hotelem – uwielbiamy to! Co więcej, karta gościa, którą otrzymujemy od hotelu, obejmuje bezpłatny transport autobusem! Jedynym minusem jest brak troski o gości w pokoju. Szlafroki dostępne są tylko na życzenie, kapcie za dodatkową opłatą, w kuchni nie ma ani jednego garnka/talerza ani pudełka z chusteczkami. Poza tym pokój jest ładny i nowy, a widok jest wspaniały!”

„Hotel near the train station about 5 mins walk. Room is clean as well. Stayed here for the Glacier Express the next day. Convenient and definitely recommended!”

„Great little hotel. Recently renovated with a lift (elevator) and fresh decor. Very comfortable rooms, great beds and bedding and excellent ensuite. Fairly quiet location even though in the heart of town and surrounded by old town sights. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Good buffet breakfast of usual European variety. Helpful, friendly staff.Fridge and coffee maker in room (no cooking allowed). Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

„Hotel liegt neben der Autobahn Ausfahrt, Zimmer ist ok wenig Platz, schmales Badezimmer, keinen Kühlschrank,ohne minibar. Restaurant is durchschnittlich, Auswahl ziemlich System Küche überteuert. Frühstück sparsam wenig Auswahl, für den Zimmer Preis. Parkplatz ok .”
