The location is really a bit biased, but there is also a commercial package next to it that is OK. The quality of the hotel's service, breakfast, and the internal environment are very good. There is a subway within a 15-minute walk, and it’s fast to the center of Bilbao. Next time I go on a business trip, I’ll change to a closer location, but it’s good for a vacation. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day, hahahahaha

We stayed one night in this hotel on the way to the Ferry to Ireland. There is secure underground parking (at extra cost) which we found useful. However, we were disappointed when, having arrived at 3.45 pm in Bilbao after an 8 hour drive in 30 degrees+ we were told that there was no facility for any drinks or refreshments in the Hotel and that such facilities would not be available until 7.30pm. We were further disappointed to find that when we came for breakfast the following morning, there was no coffee, bread or other basic food. We had to ask a member of staff to obtain some basic provisions for breakfast which seemed to confuse him. We noticed that at least four other guests who came after us also had little to eat. We gained the impression (right or wrong) that the hotel is not geared to accommodating foreign guests as after an initial early breakfast rush there seemed little interest in guests coming later. We particularly noted the lack of staff on the ground and everything seemed to be the responsibility of one staff member.

The truth seemed to me very uncomfortable to have to go to the other building to register****, as well as they could make a entry and not have to turn around.
I don't know what it was but there was something that was to noise, I don't know if it was the air conditioning (it is supposed to be shut off), in addition to the noise of the wicker, it was heard the noise of the fault.
The small towels.
The lift was very noisy when he opened the doors or stood on the floor (fortunately I was far from the lift).
The cafeteria was very good, even the servant offered me a stick to not burn with what I was carrying, as I said I had to go to the other building.
The room was very small and it was not a ventilator for smell out.

Second time staying here - ready for the ferry back to UK. Basic accommodation but clean - no tea/coffee making facilities so good job I had the travel kettle with me for the morning cup of tea. Free parking and fuel station next door to fill up the tank before the final leg of journey! Staff friendly / bar area ok and light meals / snacks offered. There is a shopping mall within walking distance and also a games centre that has food outlets if you don’t fancy the hotel menu. Good location for the ferry - 5 to 10 mins in the car straight down the motorway (when you work out how to get on it !! - bit confusing).

Bedroom with double room for single use and private bathroom. Excellent cleaning, very good bed quite above the category of membership, very good and careful reception girl and gave me very useful information for the stay and how to move. In spite of the distance from the city center there is a fabulous 50-metre train from the structure that brings you to the city center in 14 minutes! Two bus lines at 200 metres (20/30 minutes to reach the nervous points). The Metro stop is inaccessible because it is beyond the river, so the news reported is wrong! Quality ratio /prezzo excellent. You can want breakfast because there is a small kitchen in common. Very satisfied!

The hotel is ideal for traveling to the Basque Country. Good quality and good price. We were 3 friends for a 4-day stay. Super clean room, and very attentive and friendly staff. In particular, the Director, Jose, pending everything to be fine and the receptionist, Jose Angel, giving us indications where to go, recommendations etc. I would certainly recommend it for a few days in Bilbao and to travel to the Basque Country as the The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

The river view room is stunning. It is wonderful to be able to enjoy from near the beautiful Vizcaya Bridge and the beautiful estuary in which you can see different athletes rowing and also observe some small boats sailing.
The room is picturesque with modern and more classic details. What I like the most, as I said, is the balcony with views of the estuary and the comfort of the bed.
Good TV, it has a mini bar and coffee maker with two complimentary capsules and downstairs in the hotel hall there is an old elevator in which it has coffee, chocolate and other drinks also free of charge 24 hours a day.
Good attention from the employees since they were always friendly and willing, and everything was clean.
I will return as soon as I can, I felt very comfortable with everything 😃👍🏽

Very Good
VVictoire_SONGThe location is really a bit biased, but there is also a commercial package next to it that is OK. The quality of the hotel's service, breakfast, and the internal environment are very good. There is a subway within a 15-minute walk, and it’s fast to the center of Bilbao. Next time I go on a business trip, I’ll change to a closer location, but it’s good for a vacation. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day, hahahahaha

GGuest UserSecond time staying here - ready for the ferry back to UK. Basic accommodation but clean - no tea/coffee making facilities so good job I had the travel kettle with me for the morning cup of tea. Free parking and fuel station next door to fill up the tank before the final leg of journey! Staff friendly / bar area ok and light meals / snacks offered. There is a shopping mall within walking distance and also a games centre that has food outlets if you don’t fancy the hotel menu. Good location for the ferry - 5 to 10 mins in the car straight down the motorway (when you work out how to get on it !! - bit confusing).

I don't know what it was but there was something that was to noise, I don't know if it was the air conditioning (it is supposed to be shut off), in addition to the noise of the wicker, it was heard the noise of the fault.
The small towels.
The lift was very noisy when he opened the doors or stood on the floor (fortunately I was far from the lift).
The cafeteria was very good, even the servant offered me a stick to not burn with what I was carrying, as I said I had to go to the other building.
The room was very small and it was not a ventilator for smell out.
