Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

Outstanding stay at the hotel Saratoga, the hotel is very well managed, perfectly located and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and reasonably priced. We were a group of friends and truly appreciated the warm welcome and support given by Fausta and her team there especially Carie despite having made some mistakes in our bookings they were superbly supportive and helped us sort out our rooms. I have been coming to Mallorca for a very long time and highly recommend this hotel. If booked in advance, it is also possible to get a parking place very close to the hotel. Overall a super stay at the Saratoga and a very big thank to all the staff there including the colleagues working on the nice roof top bar.

Perfect location and perfect room and service. Never been to Mallorca and I wanted to be central to everything and with a rooftop pool. That’s exactly what I got. First the staff were all professional and super nice. We got the junior suite with a jacuzzi tub with balcony. Amazing! The room was a big and that jacuzzi was amazing. Nice comfy king size bed with a couch to just relax. We were so pleased with the room. The rooftop pool was fabulous with a great view of the cathedral and royal palace which were both like 10 minute walk mostly in the shade. We were also like a 10 minute walk to the tempura market. Again we were like 10/15 minute walking distance to almost everything. The spa was also really nice. It was not working for about a day do the staff was so nice to send up a bottle of Brut. Lastly the restaurant which had the bedder breakfast was both delicious and had a great view. We love this hotel.

The hotel room was great, the staff impeccable, just the small problem that can surprise you is that we had a booking tax of €8 and a bit, except that on the site where we booked and paid for the room online, at no time did they warn us that there would be a tax (knowing that we only slept one night, the price of which is not exorbitant either) so be careful not to get ripped off, especially if you were going to stay for a long time, the taxes will surely increase...

Very close to the central station in the city center, the surrounding is more convenient. The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night

Would have no hesitation recommending this amazing hotel in centre of Palma. Very quiet and peaceful in the hotel and on the rooftop pool area. Spa area small but soothing and stocked with soft drinks teas etc and was booked for exclusive use. Additional massage was possibly best ever. Marc Fosh restaurant tasting menu is exquisitely prepared with some unusual but beautiful paired wines. Best of all though were the staff. Joan and his colleagues could not have been friendlier or more attentive and nothing seemed to faze them. So knowledgeable of local things to do. The extra touches they provided to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary were very much appreciated. We will come back to Mallorca to try the other hotels in this group to see if they can match the high standards set here.

It was my first time to Mallorca for a holiday. I was recommended by my friends to stay at this hotel. The hotel is adjacent to the private marina, and not far from the cathedral. It's convenient in transportation. The service quality and hotel facilities are very good. It's worth recommending.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, the quality is as always! Friends with cleanliness can rest assured! The room is relatively large in European hotels, the toiletries have eucalyptus ingredients, the taste is very good, the pool on the top floor is not big, but the environment is not bad. Downstairs is LV, Rolex, convenient shopping, there are many delicious restaurants nearby!

GGuest UserBeautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

Our room was comfortable and stylish (street side so could hear visitors to the cathedral and horse drawn carriages going by but this did not bother us). There is a nice internal courtyard where breakfast is served. The staff are kind and attentive, particularly Mari Carmen on reception and the lady serving breakfast. Location is perfect and the outlook extremely attractive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Palma.

You are greeted by amazing staff who will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Elisa and Antonia, who went above and beyond to prior to my arrival. The reception staff were very attentive, top class. Excellent suite,well appointed and clean. Service throughout the hotel was very professional and friendly. I will definitely come back when I visit Palma in the future.

Absolutely amazing staff at this hotel. I stayed here last week for 4 night and 5 days with some friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. From the Reception staff, to the room cleaners, the waiters they were all so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing and when we ate in the restaurant that was gorgeous too. There was a singer on one night on the terrace which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout outs to a blonde haired lady in Reception who was especially helpful and one waiter ( a lovely man with a shaved head) in particularly who kept our table for us when we went to get sorted in our rooms when the singer was on. (Thursday 25th July.) Really central to access everywhere and added bonus of the Artwork. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.. Lisa, Anna, Jo and Linds.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located very close to the Palma Auditorium area. The most basic rooms are fine, but nothing special. In our opinion they would improve a lot if they had a kettle and some tea bags, a service that we have found in countless hotels of a much less category than this. It is only offered in the superior rooms. Another point that we did not like anything are the pillows, very tall and hard. The room was also not in very good condition. The roof had very visible humidity chas. What we really liked was the friendliness of the staff, always ready to help you. We also liked the breakfast, which is quite complete. The gym is very good, as are the swimming pools and the sauna. As for the location there are supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. The center is about 20 minutes walk.

NNikola MI have chosen this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Plaça d'Espanya (walking distance). Hourly paid street parking (blue lines), thru the day you can stay in one spot for two hours, then you have to move, but it is free from 8 PM till the morning. Good luck finding a free spot in the evening :D Breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM (ham, cheese, croissants, baked goods, fruit, water, juice, coffee.. simple, tasty stuff). The room is okay, although I missed the waste bin (there was one small in the bathroom) and the original TV controller (just wanted to change the language). The shower was not in the best shape (a little bit of mold in the corners), but the water pressure was really great, so I didn't mind. The main negative for me was the noise. I heard everything in the night and I'm not a light sleeper.. people walking thru the corridors, laughing, talking, enjoying company even moving the chairs from the reception as I slept on the 1st floor, near the stairs. Overall, I'd choose this hotel again for a short trip, but I'd take earplugs with and I'd request a higher floor. Enjoy your stay in Mallorca.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

CCristinaThis hotel is located near the port of Palma city center, but it is on the mountain. It doesn't matter if we travel by car, but it is a bit inconvenient for hikers. The whole hotel building feels old but the room can be clean. The dry and wet separation is very good. There is a balcony downstairs pool is the highlight of the hotel. There are massage pillars and seats in the pool. There is also a small pool for children and it is equipped with parasols and lounge chairs. Going forward, there is also a large observation deck with a good view. In short, the price is not bad.
