I ask her to speak to me otherwise and to speak to a hotel manager, seeing that it was impossible to move forward with her, she waits me and then tells me that her manager cannot take me on the phone and that it is necessary send him a email ??? I'm locking up and looking on the web, I find a n' phone from Kyriad's platform to cancel my reservation, on which I was explained that a reservation could not be cancelled via their website and that his colleague vehemently “I was not trained. I received a email confirming my cancellation and for the little story, invoking breakfasts that will never have been consumed! Super location with stores is close to the Jaude Square and 10 mn walk to the road station. The hotel is clean and staff is welcome. I recommend on Clermont Ferrand

The hotel is located I. City center, near the tramway service line A. The personnel is very nice Ang helpful. The room has a little kitchen and is comfortable, can relax in the bathroom by taking a bath…. Breakfast offers some hot dishes, a choice of cheese and croissants and so on.

Stayed at the Oceania on a weekend trip to watch rugby. The hotel beat all expectations, polite and helpful staff, easy check in, clean and well laid out rooms, British TV channels and close to the centre and trams. Only down side was that the bar was closed on the weekend, and when you have a fair number of rugby fans they missed a trick. I would recommend this hotel if you go to Clermont.

Solid Mercure in a great location if you need to be in the middle of the city. I was asked on check in if I wanted a larger room, or a smaller one on the quiet side of the hotel - I choose quiet and it was indeed calm and lovely. Room was still large - coffee maker and sparking water in the mini fridge.
