The employees at this Hotel are super friendly and Hospitable. They ALL speak to you. They made me feel very welcome. Tammy was one of the sweetest. I was sitting in their lounge area and couldn’t help but over hear her interact with all the guest. I thought, ‘she has really found a job that makes her heart sing. She is truly in the right job with her personality.’ Francis was friendly with me too. After she set up the breakfast items, she was curious about what I was working on and I asked her to allow me to explain it to her. Little did she know, she helped me get a little nerves out since I was preparing for a presentation that I was about to do with a local business nearby. Pros: Friendly professional Service, clean everything, feels like home away from home. Cons: the Hotel is currently under construction, but it did not matter because they don’t put you in rooms near the construction.

Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple with hard boiled eggs, waffles and bagels. I came up for the Bucs vs Lions game ( Go Bucs )! Everyone was very friendly. Pari at the front desk was very nice.

I stayed at the extended stay in canton. i was in rm 131 for over a month my stay has been beyond fantastic and the stay is beyond amazing to me!! the GM Angela and front desk lady chris and maintenanca man brandon went above and beyond to make my stay amazing... p.s brandon has a amazing smile!!! In town for college hockey game. Nice staff, very clean and shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in shower dispensers rather than tiny one use bottles. Slept very well. I was comfortable here and I am not someone who likes to stay in hotels.

The location is good, except for the slightly smaller price in the hotel, it looks pretty clean. There are fewer types of breakfasts than domestic ones, but it is a problem for Chinese to eat in the US for a short time.

My husband had to be in Canton for work, so he booked us into the Holiday Inn Canton. I was thoroughly impressed. They run breakfast everyday from 6am to 10am, and it had a lot more choices than other free breakfasts that I’ve had in the States. There was an abundance of breads - bagels, sliced bread, English muffins. Hot eggs and sausages, 3 kinds of yogurt, 3 kinds of cereal, and 3 kinds of juice. They also had cinnamon rolls that were quite good. Coffee was solid as well. The room was very clean and very big. WiFi was solid the entire trip, which was very much appreciated since I was working from the hotel. Bed was firm and pillows weren’t the best, but serviceable. Staff were all very nice. Honestly, no complaints and I would not hesitate to stay here again when we’re in Michigan.
