It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

The rooms were pretty good, and close to the lift, easy to get to the lobby and meeting facilities and facilities, breakfast service took place at the connected hotel, opposite of the main lobby entrance, which was absolutely fine, there's better and there's worse, but everyone has been friendly and supportive, gym was also fine, didn't have the chance to make use of the swimming pool, simply not enough time. There has been a lovely garden around the hotel, good to do calls, lovely.

Overall good experience! Our room was great, nice & clean. The restaurant located inside the hotel is super good, we ate there twice during our stay. Located right next to the highway and Crabtree valley mall. It was nice having the mall so close but very busy intersection and a bit difficult trying to get out of the parking lot at times. Also only one elevator in the hotel so be prepared to wait a bit. We tried to check in about an hour before check in along with about 4 other people and no rooms were ready yet.

Comfortable, convenient, and priced-right, this Residence Inn is a great choice in Raleigh. While its decor is not trendy and up-to-date, the bed was very comfortable (which, I think, is more important) and our room was spacious. Better yet, it's close to the Crabtree Valley Mall, which offers a multitude of dining options. We stayed here recently, while Covid-related restrictions were still in place, and the breakfast buffet had been replaced with a pre-order system -- you must order your breakfast the night before you plan to eat it. We didn't do that, so I can't tell you how efficient the process is. But it's available. We were pleased enough with our experience that we plan to stay again. Recommend it!

Excellent
Just like any other Hampton Inn, with the exceptional and professional customer care from the reception desk staff, and Silvana, a lovely person, jack of all trades whom you will find during the breakfast service greeting everyone and making sure you're well taken care of, and also driving the hotel shuttle. I was there for business with an international group and she was very kind to our group members. Her Portuguese and Spanish skills came in very handy with our group. She definitely adds a human touch to the hotel.

MMBooGreat gym, beautiful pool, beautiful common area, this is a really great hotel with nice amenities! They have convenient laundry for guests. The only thing missing is I wish I had been some bottled water provided in the room and I wish they had been daily turn down service, but maybe that is because of the pandemic? It was all great otherwise.

Housekeeping tends to open my door before I can answer to their knock, they barely give me any time to respond before barging in. On my last day, housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am and proceeded to come on with little to no time to respond. Checkout wasn’t until 11-12 so I don’t understand why they had even come that early. The cleanliness of this hotel is always a hit or miss. My last stay, I noticed that there were orange stains all over the bedding and I didn’t notice until after I’d already slept in the bed.

CChaLoveI enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

GGuest UserWe stayed there for a night and we loved it! The lady at the front desk was friendly, kind and funny! We shared a few laughs! The room was super big and it had everything! The King size bed was incredibly comfy and we rested and slept like babies. Breakfast was yummy. It had a lot of everything. Hot bacon, yummy potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereals, different types of bagels and bread, jams and cream cheese, waffles, fruit, juices, milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, coffee, tea… and Michelle was lovely! She kept cooking yummy food and asking everyone if there was anything we needed or wanted. Thank you Michelle!! The hotel has a heated pool but we tried going twice and it was packed with families and children so we couldn’t bother. Excellent location and free parking. Highly recommended!!!

FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only ”affordable place.” As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people. MMagen OFloors could have been cleaner, and there seem to be a lot of undesirables that hang around outside - especially at night. But the staff have all been friendly, the room is quiet, and the kitchenette/on-site laundry are really nice to have for longer stays. Location is also pretty convenient, most of Raleigh is only 20~ mins away. All in all, I would recommend for an affordable weekly stay hotel.
