„Decent hotel with well thought out rooms that are on the smallish size for their price point. Hotel was good attentive staff, a small bar cafe and adequate amenities. Clean and tidy rooms and not to noisy being on a main road. Would recommend this hotel for a one to two night stay noting the high room rates don’t make this hotel a true value place to stay long term.”

„We chose to stay at Clovis which is not far from Fresno, after visiting the Yosemite National park. This holiday inn express offers above average accommodation, and there is a nice Japanese restaurant nearby (Japanese Kitchen) where we had a lovely dinner. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is nice. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool or spa. We only stayed one night as the next day we left for Bakersfield (en route visiting the Sequoia National Park). Overall it feels like a hotel for business travelers and it’s like a 3-star hotel.”

„Stayed here for one night in May.
First impression was clean. Appreciated having amenities like being dog-friendly and the mini fridge! The room was tidy, but I noticed a cockroach late at night and a face-stain(?) on the wallpaper. After that I sealed up my food to keep the roaches out, slept, and checked-out first thing in the morning.
I let the front-desk know about the roach. They said thank you and would let management know. I also noticed that they had a planned exterminator visit at the end of the month posted on the wall behind the desk…”

„The hotel room is a one bedroom and one living room, which is quite spacious and the big bed is very comfortable. Slippers and drinking water are not provided. Breakfast is the level of a business hotel, simple omelettes, sausages, quiche, etc., change one set a day, with oatmeal, juice, bread can also eat. There is a Sierra Vista Mall nearby, with several restaurants and regular shopping centers. If you don't have a car, you can only rely on a half-hour bus.”

You will surely be able to cook almost all your home made meals here and if anything is missing please let us know.
Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.
Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!
Note: The fireplace in the unit is not accessible and may not be used.
Parking is in the driveway and garage as well as free street parking.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For same day check-ins, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.
