"One word; disgusting. We didn't have high expectations as we only wanted a bed and shower for the night. The shower was broken with black mold all around and we feared disease to even use it. "We are a small school needing to stay for a tournament but the rain canceled our games so we couldn’t travel. Been calling the hotel for over a week bc they charged us a fee and no one will call back. We play there every year but we will not stay at this property again. There is a new Marriott property down the street and they will get our business from now on. All it would have taken is a simple phone call from the manager, who must not care about customer service."

"The Inn was easy to get off and on Interstate. You check in at window, No Lobby access. It has truck parking access for semis. I had room 113. It was not clean, bath tub had soap on it and hair. I had to get them to come in and clean it. Since the tub was not cleaned, that put me in the frame of mind that the rest of the room hadn’t been cleaned. Ruined my stay for sure. Of course when I got up in morning to shower, I had a cockroach in the tub. Definitely on my do not stay again list. Needed maintenance work done to facility."

"If you want meet the worst and the rudest receptionist in the country, you have to stay in this hole. Strong strange smell in the room. I highly recommend you to pay extra and book a better place! P.S. We checked into the hotel April 15th 2022 about 8:00 pm. The hotel manager pay attention to your staff, if she can't meet guests properly fire her!"

"This location was not very well taken care of. The outside was nasty and had trash everywhere, especially around the pool area. Beds were uncomfortable, staff were non existent, I literally didn’t see anyone that worked there. I guess when you are the only game in town you don’t have to try very hard. Breakfast also looked terrible, the eggs were sitting in a bath of water and the bacon was overcooked. Would not stay here again."

"My room was clean and I had no issues with the bed. The room I had obviously could use some TLC. For a one night stay to get off I-24 and get some sleep this place was adequate. Heat worked. TV worked. There is some road noise. Manager/owner? was pleasant. Had to use a walk up window."

"I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20+ years and a Diamond member for the last eight. So needless to say, I am loyal to Hilton. But after my experience at the Manchester, TN Hampton, that may have to change. For this trip, my daughter had a travel credit with Delta Stays, so we used that to book a night at the Manchester Hampton. After a long day of travelling, we arrived very late in the evening to check in and were told by the desk manager that there was a problem with Delta Stays, so we would need to call them and cancel our stay (which was prepaid) and book directly with him (at a high price). No other offer to assist or at least let us get checked in while they worked it out with Delta Stays. Basically made it clear that it was not his problem. So we did call Delta Stays and they said everything looked good on their end including a successful authorization from the hotel. They offered to call the hotel to work it out, but apparently the desk manager didn't feel like picking up, so the call kept going to voicemail. Luckily for us, Delta Stays quickly called around and found us another hotel close by and moved our reservation over there, including paying the difference in price. So a big thumbs up to Delta stays for being so awesome. And also an even bigger thumbs up to Alex at the LX Hotel where we ended up staying for being so wonderful. For the owner of the Hampton, this desk manager really should not be the face of your hotel. For Hilton, I thought Diamond membership meant something, but apparently not. It may be time to rethink my loyalty to you."
