Hotele niedaleko Cologne Triangle, Kolonia

Moje dzieci chciały dostać czekoladę w poranek wielkanocny. Bardzo im na tym zależało, więc poprosiłam sprzątacza o czekoladę wielkanocną w kształcie królika, ale nie znam nazwy. Po kilku minutach czekałem i mi ją przyniósł. Był bardzo miły i wdzięczny, ale nie mogłem dać mu napiwku, bo nie miałem gotówki. Proszę przekazać mu ten masaż. Dziękuję bardzo.

Pokój był wystarczająco przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Obsługa na recepcji była bardzo nieprofesjonalna – popełniono mnóstwo błędów, w tym przydzielono mi niewłaściwy pokój. Co gorsza, zablokowano mi 322 euro na karcie. Mimo że od razu zwróciłem uwagę na tę nieprawidłowość, recepcja zapewniła o odblokowaniu środków, jednak do 3 października nadal nie otrzymałem potwierdzenia od banku o ich zwolnieniu. Dla porównania, blokady środków dokonane 28 i 29 września w hotelach w innych niemieckich miastach, już dawno zostały odblokowane. Moje wrażenie jest takie, że to jest jakiś hotelowy trik i jest to skrajnie nieuczciwe. Z wszystkich hoteli, w których byłem przez 36 dni w Europie, ten hotel zrobił na mnie najgorsze wrażenie. Zarządzanie nie dorównuje standardowi obiektu.

The rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was delicious!! I would really recommend booking that if you‘re staying here. The only thing I have to criticize is that the gym is really small and it will quickly get crowded if multiple guests want to use it at once. There is only one multi use machine and treadmills, a bike and some weights which are way too heavy for most trainings. Overall we had a really great stay though!

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

The hotel is very well located, close to transport links and within walking distance of a range of bars and restaurants and many good neighbourhoods such as the Belgisches Viertel. There was a good choice for breakfast.

Pokój był niesamowicie przestronny; byłem naprawdę pod wrażeniem. To rzadkość w europejskich hotelach. Miałem ochotę tarzać się po podłodze! Hotel jest blisko atrakcji turystycznych, w zasięgu spaceru od katedry, muzeum sztuki i mostu Hohenzollernów. W recenzjach wspominano o hałasie przejeżdżających nocą pociągów, ale ja go nie słyszałem. Słyszałem jedynie dźwięk wleczonych walizek wczesnym rankiem, prawdopodobnie dlatego, że hotel znajduje się blisko drogi. W recepcji można kupić gorącą wodę, sok i kawę, a polecana przez personel niemiecka restauracja z golonką była przemiła.

Great stay! Clean, cozy room with comfy beds. Friendly staff, quick check-in/out. Perfect location—close to shops and transit. Breakfast had good variety. Will definitely come back!

Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo blisko tramwaju. Pokój jest stosunkowo mały i bez czajnika. Śniadanie przeciętne, ale skromne.

The hotel is very conveniently located, 3-5 minutes from the central train station. The hotel itself has several buildings. Ours was in the building next door; you had to walk down the hallway, go outside, and then go back up to the 4th floor. There's no elevator. We had a bunk room for four with two double beds. The second room is in the attic. The room was moderately clean, a bit shabby. This is despite the hotel opening in 2026. Apparently, it was a different hotel or some kind of apartment before that. The beds were very comfortable, the mattresses were excellent, the towels were new and clean. The nightstands were okay. The kitchen only had a sink and cabinets with doors that had fallen off. There were no dishes or a kettle. The bathroom door slammed into the coat stand when opened. The view from the window was excellent, directly onto the church. Overall, we're very grateful to this hotel, as it saved us. We accidentally ended up in Cologne during an international gaming festival at the end of August, and all the hotels were either fully booked or had exorbitant prices. This hotel was reasonably priced. Staying there for just one night was a real stroke of luck. We hope the hotel team can work out the room's shortcomings and improve even more! Good luck!
