"This place is pretty good and the service isn't bad at all but it's the last day I was there that made me upset with the place. I had been there for 4 days already and had no issues. Went to pay for another day and they proceeded to tell my partner that we cannot stay due to a past stay....my partner supposedly smoked in the room and cannot stay there now. Why after letting us stay for multiple days?!?!?!? I. Get the reason and everything but should not have been ok to make us leave after allowing several days already with not a sine problem."

"This small city has a beautiful man-made river, a real 'river walk' experience. There are boat tours with commentary, and it's thoughtfully designed with half the area dedicated to restaurants and the other half to scenic views. It takes about half an hour to walk the entire loop."

"My daughter and I stayed here and booking was very simple and the price was decent. We arrived and the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. We also were very impressed by Juan, the breakfast cook. He had breakfast prepared ahead of schedule for us since we had to leave before breakfast time. He was super attentive and friendly. We will choose this hotel for all our needs. Thank you!"

"This place tries to scam you for extra charges! I booked a room here thru Trip.com. I had to prepay for the room at the time of booking, but the stay was next day, so no big deal. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told by the clerk that my credit card I put the room on had been declined, which didn't make sense, because Trip.com had emailed me a confirmation letter when I paid for the room. The last 4 #s of the card the clerk read back to me weren't even my card! He wouldn't let me check in unless I gave him a "valid" card. I didn't have much choice at 1am. Once in my room, I called my credit card company, & I had been charged by Trip.com & the hotel. I called the front desk, telling the clerk my card hadn't been declined, it was charged, now twice for the room. He refused to reverse the 2nd charge on my card. I immediately called Trip.com & they assured me they would contact the hotel & find out what was going on. In 15 minutes I got an email from Trip.com telling me the 2nd charge had been taken off my card. I have no doubt this place was trying to scam me out of a 2nd charge to my card, thinking I wouldn't fight it! Thank you Trip.com for stepping in to fix this! Also, I booked a handicapped room, & the beside lamps weren't plugged in, the only lights in the room. Luckily a friend could help me, but if I had been by myself, how could I have moved night stands & stooped over to get them plugged in?? I'd avoid this place & go somewhere else. Check your credit card for extra charges if you do stay."
