"We stayed at Sublime Comporta as a family of five, and while the property itself is stunning, our experience was marred by repeated service failures that made it hard to enjoy. Despite organizing everything over a month in advance and consistently confirming a party of five in every email exchange, the hotel repeatedly mishandled our reservations. Our Circle dinner reservation was cancelled the day of, with staff claiming only two spaces were available for a party of five. When we asked for an 8:30pm alternative at Canalha, we were offered a 9pm slot — the exact same availability already visible to us on SevenRooms. No real effort was made to find an actual solution. The beach club staff seemed to have received no training at all. They didn’t know whether reservations were required, offered no help arranging transport back to the hotel, and ignored repeated requests for service. My wife’s request for after-sun lotion was never followed up on. We also received a call at 12:30am — while already asleep — about returning a box of matches. Turn down service was not provided all nights. On top of this, we found a rat drinking from the pool while my children were swimming, which was alarming and, frankly, a health and safety concern that should never happen at a property of this caliber. Separately, dinner at Canalha was disrupted when we found a large hair in the fries served with the ribeye. To make matters worse, when we finished dinner at Canalha and asked for a cart to take us back to our room, we were told we needed to have booked transportation in advance — something no one had informed us of beforehand. This was yet another example of basic information simply never being communicated to guests. This is a beautiful hotel with real potential, but guest services, staff training, and basic food and pool hygiene need urgent attention."

"Prostota, elegancja i naturalne piękno tego kurortu jest niesamowite. Umieszczona głęboko wśród sosnowych drzew i piaszczystego krajobrazu Comporta, zaledwie 10 minut jazdy do Carvalhal i jest to upmarket plaży klubów, jest to świat od turystyki i tłumów Lizbony i Algarve. Mieścią, gdzie można głęboko oddychać i spędzić czas z rodziną bez rozpraszeń. Mieliśmy 3-bedną willę z basenem; była ona ogromna, stylowo urządzona, z luksusowymi łazienkami i w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią i pokój użytkowy. Willa była bezpłatnie czyszczone codziennie i co noc leżały lewatywy jak ciasteczka i ławnicze spanie spray. Śniadanie wliczone było pyszne i rozległe i zabieg, aby cykluć każdego ranka przez drzewa oliwne i sosny na komplementarnych rowerze. Gimnazja otrzymała zatwierdzenie od moich kochających się nastolatków (dziękuję Bogu, że surfowanie w tym obszarze było rozczarowanie). Były inne działania, takie jak jazda konna plaży, kajakarstwo i padle boarding i po prostu hanging out at the beach clubs. Rezerwacja nie zaoferowała przejazdu do plaży, więc samochód jest konieczny. Staff byli niesamowicie pomocni i bardzo chętnie zapewnić nam spokojny tydzień. Dziękuję Spacia Comporta !"
