"Very nice near new five star beach front hotel with comfortable and well decorated rooms. Comfortable beds, siting area and great sea views from balcony. Excellent facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, plenty beaches of beach loungers, sauna and steam room in the wellness centre. Let down a bit by having only one restaurant option on site (and very limited other options nearby), which had variable quality food - breakfast buffet disappointing (quantity over quality with machine coffees and juices and supermarket yoghurt containers , but lunch/dinner much better). Service generally tried to be helpful even if a little inattentive. Still sorting out a few things but lots of potential."

"We enjoyed two lovely days in Constanta, while staying in Carol Hotel, for a weekend spent with my family for my birthday. Location: The hotel is spot on, located just above the Modern beach, steps away from Tomis Port, and equally just steps from the Constanta old town center. unbeatabble location. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Room & building: Historical landmark, dating from 1930, veru beautiful construction with character. Traditional design and style, with a very intimate vibe. Rooms very clean, spacious, high ceilings, tasteful decorations and modern appliances embedded in this traditional style. Excellent sleep quality, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room on the first floor, on the corner, is a treat. Many thanks to the hotel staff for this surprise. Breakfast: wide range of fresh options, with everything you might wish for. Delicious. Staff: we have met very welcoming and lovely people. Highly reccomended for an ejoyable stay in Constanta. "

Poziom hałasu jest świetny i wypoczynkowy dla dobrego snu. Usługa i czystość jest najwyższy na tym hotelu, wszyscy ludzie z hotelu są naprawdę pomocni z gości."

"OK, But nothing spectacular Decent size room, tv is OK Breakfast had fruit, but average. Elevator is very small. The area close to the hotel is a bit in ruins. The beach is close but it sucks after the 2021 extension. There are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. 2-3 minute walk."

"Jest bardzo blisko morza, można dostać się do scenatu pieszo. Hotel ma restaurację, która może być podawana na trzy posiłki dziennie. Pokój ma balkon, można zobaczyć morze na balkonie lub pić herbatę na zewnątrz. Pokój jest czysty i przyjemny. Jest w hotelu ATM, który chce RON monetą, a w pobliżu jest restauracja, która jest wspaniała."

"Be aware of hiding costs!! The price you have to pay at the hotel is not the price you get at the booking confirmation. We booked a room for tre persons. The only option in the booking was the biggest room. Two adults and one child. When we checked in they charged us 30% ekstra from the price of the room as additional cost for the child, what was a mismatch better the cost in the confirmation and ectual cost paid. For that price you can get a much better hotel in this area."

"Besides the incredible smell of mold and sewage, masked at check-in with chlorine that burns your throat, the owner has audacity and a terrible attitude. It is an improvised construction, extended with wood over an existing house, without any means of fire protection. The cleanliness in the area where the food is prepared is completely lacking, moreover you are threatened if you take photos to have evidence. Dirty carpets, gray towels, dirty mattresses. We left the location for hygiene reasons and the owner stated that we did not show up. Terrible! If you want to see how you can be mocked, this is the ideal place."

"Where to start.... its absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Bad room, very small. Curtains are broken and I even had to ask for an extra curtain, otherwise I would have woken up at 04.00 because of the light. Breakfast is very poor! Very few options. Pool is not clean, rooms are not clean. Only one elevator that worked, so you had to wait a long time before you could enter it.. Skip this hotel and find a better one. Such a waste of your money! Old, rubbish bad hotel.."
