"Przybyliśmy po 6:00, więc trzeba zadzwonić do hotline kurortu, aby dowiedzieć się, co jest najnowsze wpisy do instrukcji. Byłoby świetnie, że dowiedzieliśmy się o tym z góry. Ale hotline kurortu był bardzo pomocny i mogliśmy dostać to, co potrzebowaliśmy, aby sprawdzić i dostać się do naszego domu. Nasz dom był w pełni wyposażony (z wyjątkiem oleju gotowania wyłączonego). Główna restauracja jest po drugiej stronie drogi i trzeba zarezerwować z góry. Byliśmy “zmuszony” przenieść naszą kolację wcześniej po rezerwacji bez odpowiedniego powodu, więc jest to trochę rozczarowanie w doświadczeniu dla rodzin podróżujących z daleka, aby pozostać w Twoim miejscu. Jedyną sugeracją jest oświetlenie w salonie. Było dość ciemno i tylko z czystym białym światłem. Powinno mieć kolor oświetlenia otoczenia na wakacje. Dziękuję."

"This hotel is flawless! It's located incredibly close to the park entrance, so you'll see lots of small animals right by your room. The surroundings are beautiful, and each 'cottage' is a private, large individual house with a fireplace – very comfortable. The only minor downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, which could be improved upon. While breakfast isn't particularly surprising, it's more than adequate. We also tried the dining options during our stay, and the food quality was excellent. I believe this is an outstanding choice for a trip to Cradle Mountain."

"Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Cradle Mountain Hotel i bardzo polecamy go każdemu, kto odwiedza Tasmania.Śniadanie było doskonałe, a piękne widoki z jadalni sprawiły, że jeszcze bardziej przyjemne. Jedną z najlepszych części pobytu tutaj była lokalizacja. Jest bardzo blisko wspaniałych scenerii Góry Cradle, a rano udało nam się przejść po hotelu i znaleźć dzikie zwierzęta, takie jak wombaty i ściany, które były niezapomnianym doświadczeniem. Pożyteczna wskazówka dla przyszłych gości: droga prowadząca do hotelu może być dość ciemna w nocy, więc najlepiej przyjechać przed zachodem słońca, jeśli to możliwe. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, mieliśmy niesamowite pobyt i z pewnością wrócimy!"

"The room completely exceeded our expectations, and the reception was very friendly. Initially, I thought the hotel looked a bit old from the official pictures, but once we checked in, I found it to be excellent. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, furnishings, and overall environment. The location is great, less than 200 meters from the Visitor Center, and it's only a 3-minute drive to Peppers for dinner. It's also a 2-minute drive to the Cradle Mountain center. In the evenings, we even saw animals outside our room, which was a very special experience. We visited in autumn, and wood was already provided in the room, so burning charcoal in the stove ourselves was a lot of fun. All in all, we were very satisfied and would definitely choose this place again when we return to Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National Park."

"Disappointing Stay - It's Not Worth the Price We booked a chalet listed as suitable for 4 guests. Like most hotels, we assumed the booking was based on the number of rooms rather than the number of guests, especially since no meals were included. Upon check-in with my family (4 guests and a toddler), the receptionist insisted our booking was only for 2 people and charged us for the additional guests which we were willing to accept. However, because we had a child (3 years old), we were told we had to be moved to a 6-person cabin with bunk beds and a queen bed, instead of the 1 king and 1 queen that we originally booked. The king bed would have been much more comfortable for co-sleeping. We were charged extra for this, and informed that only children aged 2 and below stay free, it was unusual and a policy that was not stated clearly at the time of booking. The staff were cold and unhelpful, which added to the overall disappointment. From check-in to general assistance, there was a clear lack of warmth and hospitality. It felt more transactional than welcoming, which is not what you'd expect from a destination hotel in such a beautiful location. The cabin itself was shabby and underwhelming for the price and especially during off-peak season. Amenities were minimal. Heating was poor, making the room uncomfortable in Cradle Mountain’s cold weather. The food quality at the restaurant was expensive and mediocre, nothing memorable or particularly enjoyable. `Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. For what we paid, we could have stayed in far better accommodation in the area. Fortunately, Trip.com provided outstanding service throughout, which helped make up for the poor hotel experience. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to others."
