"The only positives were the location and cleanliness of the room. The room was a basic, standard one, but it was located above crowded, noisy areas, making sleep impossible as the rooms were not soundproofed. I had asked the front desk for regular sheets instead of duvets, but when I returned from dinner, my request had not been fulfilled. The bathroom air filter was dirty. The breakfast staff was very courteous and helpful, but it wasn't 4-star; it was poor, and the tart was inedible. I think the relevant staff should revise the star rating."

"Hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta, w pobliżu Muzeum skrzypcowego i katedry Cremona, bardzo wygodne podróże! Ten pokój hotelowy jest dość mały, łóżko jest bardziej zatłoczone dla dwojga osób, ale oferuje gorącą wodę, dla chińskich pasażerów potrzeba kąpieli, herbata jest dość ładna. Nie ma w tym mieście chińskich restauracji, ale jest naprzeciwko stacji kolejowej Cremona, i jest super, co chcesz."

"I'm sorry to give a bad review of other people's work, but I hope that this is a cue to improve a hotel with potential. The hall and breakfast room are beautiful and modern... but when you go up to the rooms everything changes. I find it unacceptable for a 4 star hotel in the center of a city with fairly high prices to have rooms kept in those conditions. Stained walls, bathroom full of limescale and rust, the view is really uncomfortable. Let's not even talk about the corridors. The good thing is the breakfast and the location even if it's a double-edged sword. I had requested parking as an Add-on and they absolutely didn't tell me that it was full so I went for sure. But upon arrival I found myself without a parking space and forced to drive around for 15 minutes looking for a parking space on the blue lines, which I finally found 500 meters away. Let's say it has potential, but under these conditions I would perhaps classify it as 2 stars... I don't recommend it at these prices"

"Hotel located in the heart of Cremona, two steps from the Duomo and the Torrazzo. The room in which we stayed was recently renovated, especially the bathroom, window and with a large shower. Air conditioning and a comfortable boiler. The main difference is that the lady that has welcomed us and also serves the first breakfast (variable and tasteful, with sweet and salt) has been extremely kind and has been extremely helpful to enjoy our own food. The hotel offers a convenient parking in Marconi Square, which is easily reachable."
