"We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10."

"Booked hotel several months ago to attend a training course nearby, as I was travelling from Scotland. Got to door of hotel to have security turn me away as they have "closed". Mad dash to find alternative hotel which thankfully I did. It seems they cancelled all paying guests to enable them to take in asylum seekers for guaranteed income. Shocking they dont advise people with existing bookings. I had been told wasnt that nice but was looking for 1 night cheap and cheerful"

"The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The tomatoes served were raw instead of properly grilled, which gave the impression of poor preparation. There were no kitchen staff or cooks present at the breakfast counter, and service was completely absent. Overall, the quality and service of the breakfast were unsatisfactory."
