The Resort is in a quiet place, and you can swim in the marine protected area right next to the rooms and see the blacktip sharks, corals and wonderful fishes! Breakfast is an exceptional buffet with fresh products, homemade cakes, choices of savoury products and freshly squeezed juices! The hotel facilities are wonderful (bar, restaurant, spa, gym and much more) and the owners are very kind. They can give you many tips to make your stay in malapascua exceptional! I wished I would never leave!"

"The hotel was right on the beach and had a dive shop with a nice restaurant. The room was cute with really nice toiletries and a deck area to sit on. Overall, I enjoyed the stay there. What's not mentioned is that there are no roads going to the hotel, the bikes will only take you half way down an alley but then the sand is too deep for them to travel on. You have to walk through sand for the last 200m to the hotel itself."

"The stay was nice. However, my gf left a soft teddy orca in the room. 100% it was left there. We packed in a rush. We tried to contact them and the number on Google doesn't even belong to the hostel, it's some random person who isn't even on malapascua. A friend went by to ask if they'd found it and they said they didn't. There's no chance this is true. One of the staff has taken it. NOT good service, and NOT what you expect from a hotel/hostel when you leave something behind. Normal practice is to contact the guest and arrange to mail it it or something. Unacceptable. Willing to change this review if someone contacts us regarding this. It's of sentimental value to her."

"Hotel jest idealnie położony tuż nad brzegiem morza, na przylądku, i ma kształt statku. Z okien roztacza się wspaniały widok na morze. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele centrów nurkowych i świetne miejsce do snorkelingu. Pokój był ogromny i pięknie urządzony. Jedynym minusem był brak klimatyzacji w naszym pokoju. Wentylator nie działał dobrze w sezonie letnim (kwiecień). Na korytarzu znajduje się dystrybutor wody. Przyjazny personel był pomocny w organizacji bardzo wczesnych śniadań (nawet o 4 rano)."

"Wszystko jest złe, na nasze daty nie było innych możliwości umocowania, popatrzyli na zdjęcie - wygląda jakby można żyć... końcowe prysznice w toalecie, dzięki że woda gorąca jest 🤣 plaża nie ma, ale stoją szeslonki - dok łodzi i korale - weź buty, aby wejść do wody. Śniadanie można zamówić z menu o 7:00. Insekty jedzą dzień i noc 🫣 Klimatyzacja w pokoju działa tak głośno, że czasami wydaje się, że odlatujemy razem z wybuchem 🤣 bardzo hałasowo- od klimatyzacji i do 11 wieczoru spacerują w pobliżu kawiarni, O 3:00 w nocy sąsiedzi wstawają na wycieczce, dzień i noc jeżdżą na motocyklach... spali w beruzach."

"A good 5-star hotel with a large pool, private stables, a farm, a small zoo, a wonderful fitness center, a large pool, and an ATV track. The buffet breakfast isn't very varied, but it has everything you need. It's modest, but delicious. The staff is polite, friendly, and welcoming. Prices in the restaurant and spa are extremely reasonable (for a 5-star hotel). There are both guest rooms and separate villas with private pools. The villa is excellent, spacious, with a king-size bed, a bathroom, plenty of windows, a large (for a private) pool, and a beautiful sea view. During our visit, the shoreline was littered with trash, which completely discouraged swimming (thankfully, there was a private pool in the villa, as well as a large shared pool at the hotel). The area was also littered with leaves from the numerous ficus trees on the property. I assume this was due to the recent typhoons, which washed a lot of seaweed, branches, and debris from the sea onto the shore. The hotel staff was actively involved in cleaning throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel grounds are well-kept and attractive, with trimmed lawns and well-maintained trees. The grounds, mind you, are very large, requiring a significant staff to maintain them."

"My wife and I, along with some of our friends had a fantastic stay at Tepanee Beach Resort. Everything from making our reservation, to our pickup and drop off went flawlessly. We arranged our complete transfer from and to Cebu City with the resort, to make things much easier for our group. The resort is well appointed, with comfortable rooms, well-manicured grounds and fantastic restaurants. They also have a gym and a spa for those that wish to indulge in those activities. The staff at Tepanee are very friendly and always helpful. Their small beachfront is a protected area, which serves as a nursery to baby Blacktip Reef Sharks. Other fish and critters can be seen as well, while snorkeling there. The resort also set up a dive package for us with Malapascua Thresher Divers (MTD Dive shop). It was very convenient, as the dive shop picked us up from a small beach behind the resort. All and all we had a wonderful week in Malapascua at Tepanee resort. We have already booked our return visit for next year."
