設備配置超級給力！電腦運行流暢無比，顯卡性能強勁，顯示器畫面絲滑，打遊戲完全沒有卡頓。機械鍵盤手感絕佳，鼠標操作精準，玩遊戲體驗直接拉滿。網速也飛快，和隊友開黑到天亮完全沒問題。 房間環境也很舒服，床鋪乾淨柔軟，玩累了躺下休息超級解壓。隔音效果很好，不會被外界打擾，可以盡情享受遊戲時光。房間內還有很多電競主題的裝飾，氛圍感十足 服務態度特別貼心，前台工作人員熱情又耐心，入住辦理速度快，還提供了周邊美食和遊玩推薦。甚至還有免費零食和飲料，隨時補充能量，真的太周到了。 地理位置也很方便，周邊吃喝玩樂很多，交通也很便利。性價比超高，人均不貴，但體驗感絕對一流。 強烈推薦給所有電競愛好者！在這裏既能暢快玩遊戲，又能舒適休息，真的是和朋友們聚會開黑的絕佳選擇！下次一定再來！

The location is fantastic! Directly downstairs is Venice Water Town, and it's super close to the Musical Fountain, the yacht marina, and Gangdong 5th Street. You can walk to the beach in just two minutes! The owner is a really friendly guy; he came right down to pick us up when we arrived. The room was very clean and tidy, and all the facilities were complete. The host was also very responsive to our needs! The sea view from the room is absolutely amazing, a genuine first-row ocean view. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It's perfect for family trips with kids, and even business travelers can sneak in some relaxation, haha! It's definitely worth it, and I'll choose this place again next time I visit.

提前溝通很順暢，入住前前台會主動發送辦理方式，這點不用費心。 位置上有個明顯優勢——離東港比較近，想逛東港區域的朋友可以重點考慮。不過周邊出行更推薦打車，能節省不少時間，也能避免拖着行李找路的麻煩。 客房是複式結構，上下各一間房。但要重點説下上層房間的問題：樓梯比較窄，帶行李箱上去會很不方便，介意搬運行李麻煩的朋友建議優先選下層。 房間整體條件和窗外景色屬於中等水平，能滿足基本住宿需求，但細節處的衞生實在拉分——沙發上殘留着牙膏痕跡，洗漱台還有些發黴，看着不太舒服。另外衞生間沒有做乾濕分離，洗完澡整個空間都濕漉漉的，後續使用得格外注意。 住宿提供一次性洗漱用品是加分項，但需要每次去另一棟樓的前台領取，好在前台在每次回來的必經之路上。 價格方面，300+一晚的定價感覺偏高。雖然知道大連8、9月是旅遊旺季，景區周邊住宿會漲價，但結合衞生細節和便利性來看，性價比不算高。 最後給其他遊客提個醒：預訂前一定要多翻翻看不同平台的真實評價，尤其是衞生和房型細節的反饋，避免像我一樣入住後發現不符合預期~

The hotel we're quite new and clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast were great and there were porridge for supper too. The service of the reception were great as I left a box of fruits in the room after checking out. Called them and she arranged delivery to send to my next hotel. Really appreciate it.

가성비 좋음. 1박 2만5천원정도? 위치는 동방수성이랑 가까운데 그렇다고 미친듯이 가깝진 않고 , 위치가 참 애매하지만 중국 택시비가 저렴해서 큰 문제가 되진 않음. 지하철역도 15분정도거리. 뤼순형무소가 휴무 중이라 못가보긴 했지만 뤼순 정도 거리 제외하고 주변 관광지는 택시비가 모두 5천원 전후. 버스정류장은 가까움ㅋ 시설은 올해 오픈해서 깔끔. 객실도 깔끔. 로비도 깔끔. 1층 로비 화장실도 깔끔! 화장실 꽤나 넓고 깔끔. 단발기준 드라이기 성능 만족. 어메니티 다있음. 클렌징 정도만 챙기면 될듯. 4층에 있는 피트니스는 런닝머신 하나가 다임. 세탁기도 4층에 있음. 조식은 blㅕㄹ ㅋㅋㅋ ㄹ ㅗ ㅋㅋ ㄱ ㅁ 𠄎z/mayo ㅜㄷ이 ... 40위안주고.. 직원분들 친절하심. 단 중국어만 가능! 대신 번역기로 친절하게 다 해주심. 배달시키면 로봇이 문앞까지 배달해줌. 청소서비스 있긴한데 어메니티 채워주고 쓰레기 정리해주시는 정도!

這次入住Loft舒適雙床房，整體體驗很不錯。房間層高很高，空間感很好，不會覺得壓抑，住起來很舒適。床鋪乾淨整潔，睡得很踏實。採光也很好，白天陽光能照進來，晚上氛圍燈光很温馨。衞生情況比預期好，打掃得比較細緻，沒有什麼異味。洗浴用水順暢，熱水來得快，使用很方便。位置就在威尼斯水城附近，吃飯和出行都挺方便的。整體性價比不錯，適合朋友或者家人出行選擇，住起來輕鬆自在，會推薦給身邊的人。

Shortly after booking, the owner proactively called to confirm my itinerary and thoughtfully added me on WeChat, sending me precise location information, directions to the hotel, and parking directions—the attention to detail was exceptional. On the day of my arrival, the owner personally came downstairs to greet me and warmly guided me through check-in. She was incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel's location is superb, just a five-minute walk from the beach, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the sea breeze. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, so I don't have to go far for daily shopping or meals; the surrounding amenities are excellent. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and tidy, the decor is simple and comfortable, the furniture and bathroom fixtures are brand new, and the natural light and ventilation are excellent, creating a refreshing and spacious feel. The hotel's service response time was exceptionally fast. Any needs or minor issues I had during my stay were promptly and properly addressed—the service was attentive and considerate throughout. In addition, the hotel has 24-hour security, with strict entry and exit management, making nighttime stays particularly reassuring and providing peace of mind while traveling. Whether for business trips or leisure travel to Dalian to enjoy the sea, the Kexin Hotel is a great choice. It offers excellent value for money and top-notch service. I would definitely book it again next time I'm in Dalian!

非常推薦的酒店，在攜程訂了機票好像再預訂酒店還有優惠，性價比很高，雖然在居民區裏面，但是個獨立的院子，而且四周居民樓將街道的噪音隔離，晚上很安靜。周邊好像以前是繁華的商業區，類似北京以前的世紀天樂還有動物園服裝城，雖然現在沒有昔日繁華，還是很接地氣，各種飯店小吃市場，比較適合喜歡穿衚衕亂逛的，沒準會遇到什麼有意思的。 優點： 1、新裝修，房間風格簡潔，有設計感 2、智能語音控制房間設施，智能馬桶（簡配），一體式衞浴間 3、床墊很舒服，不會特別軟，也不會太硬 4、一層房間有獨立的小院，有室外桌椅、氛圍燈，傍晚小憩應該不錯 缺點： 1、牆壁有部分黴點，可能是因為在1樓的原因，我是可以接受 2、一個總控開關面板，各個開關裝亂了，會出現要關某個燈，另外的燈才會關的情況 3、離地鐵稍遠，不過公交很方便，門口周邊有多個公交站，還有大連特色有軌電車201路的站點 整體評價：非常推薦，我是先訂了1晚，進入房間就決定續訂，下次去大連，會優先考慮這裏
