At the same time, there is a pile of massive expensive wooden furniture at the reception, and dozens of normal chairs in the banquet hall. There is an air conditioner, but it does not work from the remote control. It can only turn on and off. Naturally, it's dirty and dusty, and I don't think the staff knows about the existence of filters that need to be cleaned. Dirt is everywhere: on the closet, in the chandelier, under the bed. The chandelier is also home to insects that immediately fly towards you if you turn off the light and pick up your phone. I am attaching real, truthful photos so that you will understand that I am not lying, but telling the truth. They will also calmly watch you sit in the lobby for 4 hours, but they will not check you in (although the room is ready. well, by their standards) because you have to pay 200 pesos for every hour for an early check-in. 200 pesos for 1 hour! But you'll have a chair in your room from the nearest dumpster. "WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! "Reasonable prices, a variety of room sizes, on-site emergency power generation, very friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel has the best views of Mt. Mayon anywhere! Multiple levels and balconies to choose from. Air-conditioned rooms, TV (we didn't watch much), and included shower-toilet room with each room. Comfortable bedding and good lighting. NO on-site food service, but a McDonald's 200m on the same side of the road. Other area restaurants require transportation. Food preparation area and accommodation of events (for a fee) are available on the third floor terrace. Bring any food you like to eat there. 50% downpayment was required at booking, with the balance due on arrival."

"Location wise. Near the Town Proper of Daraga. Rooftop has a good view of Mayon Volcano. Also near to Daraga Church (Walking Distance - I guess 10 mins); just be reminded that it is located above the Hill. Room is basic and nothing so special. With small parking area. Staff is okay."
