"I booked three rooms (in February!) for my fathers 80th Birthday party on September 23. . Family traveled from afar to attended . Boston area hotels book up quickly and they are expensive. I received an email on SEPTEMBER 13 that my rooms were CANCELED. NO explanation/instructions or offer to help re book. I called the hotel directly and a man told me that all reservations were canceled. “The cancellation is to house the migrants “. “The state took us over” The state doesn’t “take over “ with out an agreement from the hotel. I called Marriot Bonvey and they re booked me in another hotel and I had to pay more !!!! No reply from Marriot. No reply from the Fairfield Inn. No apologies (although they said I received an apology in email which I did not). I can’t believe the poor way in which this hotel and Marriot hotels treated us and the very bad position they put us in. And then blamed the state. So our taxes are paying for the higher end hotels for migrants AND I had to pay more myself for my family to have housing. This is crazy."

"The transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, and the breakfast is okay. The rooms are okay, but the bathroom is small and has poor facilities. There is an Asian restaurant that serves American-style Asian food that is quite unpalatable."

"In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby."
