"I can’t rate this place highly enough. Just had the most fantastic 2 days celebrating Mums 80th with my 2 sisters . Everything was perfection. The breakfast was exceptional . Best muesli Eva. The 2 hr massage was to die for and then we tipped it off with a 90 minute facial."

"Oh my goodness. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the beautiful property and Robins Nest cottage. It was absolutely beautiful and we could not recommend William Bay Cottages enough. There’s a beautiful cafe and shop on site, tennis court and games room also. Not far from town, and close to lots of local produce. We would love to stay again another time."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. The people who run this property are really lovely. Our chalet was incredible. It has absolutely everything you would need for self catering and is super clean. The bed was very comfortable, the huge bathroom was fantastic, and we had a wrap around balcony where it was lovely to sit and look over the valley. There was even bird seed supplied to put into a hanging bird feeder - nice to see the birds coming!! My brother books Karma Chalets every year and we were so glad he recommended this place to us. We will definitely be back"

"My daughter had a body buff and one-hour massage (Xmas present) last Monday with Kate and left feeling underwhelmed. The body buff was meant to be one hour but lasted only around 30 minutes, and the entire appointment — including a shower — was finished in about 1.5 hours. She completed the pre-treatment questionnaire and clearly requested focus on her head during the massage, yet this was completely ignored. She said she almost cried because she was so disappointed that her preferences were not followed and her head was not touched at all. I was especially disappointed, as my own past experiences here have been outstanding. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I won’t be purchasing gift vouchers again."

"Entrance was from the back as the front reception is closed an hour for lunch. Front reception is also closed at 6pm. The back entrance will need to be used. Several stairs need to be climbed inside to get to rooms and outside to get to the room. Rooms and building smells musty. Tacky decor. Very outdated. The room offered was so tiny, we asked if we could possibly upgrade to another room. 20.00 extra got us a bigger room with a balcony view of the main street. Bed was comfortable but, won't stay here again. Overpriced for what was offered. Photos online are very different to what we saw. "

"Spent Three Nights in one of the studio's Self Check In was simple and easy to understand, the studio is a great size and very comfortable, Clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Wilson inlet across the way was a pleasure to look out at and enjoyed our walk every morning to Ocena Beach lookout. Well kept grounds plenty of room to enjoy the surrounding country side a short drive into Denmark and all it has to offer and of course the many beautiful Beaches. Looking forward to returning at Christmas."
