"Smoking areas were outside. There were several places, but the ashtrays were a little hard to find at first, but once I found them, I didn't get lost lol The room was clean, but the heater didn't work right away, so it was a little cold. The king-size bed was just the right firmness and comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower room. For some reason, there was no body soap, but two conditioners lol I used this hotel for transit, but there was no shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, so I took a taxi. The taxi fare to the airport was about $30. It was my first trip to America, and I don't speak much English, so I found breakfast very difficult. The woman puts what you request on your plate, but the menu is written on a board in English, so I could only read egg and bacon. If you could see the contents, you would be able to choose what you want even if you can't read it. I hope they improve that. The amenities were neither good nor bad, so there were no particular issues if you were just staying there. I would like to use this hotel again. The whole hotel was very quiet, which was nice."

"Not far from the lake, highly rated, booked in a rush, clean and hygienic. Hotels in Texas generally don't allow open windows for ventilation, the rooms were narrower than other hotels, and the breakfast was average. It's more cost-effective to book when prices are reasonable; ours was a bit pricey, as there are many hotels around that cost more. This was the most economical option."

"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."
