When I was there, there was a construction site in front of the room, but the crane was lowered to its lowest point. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and they even had medical oxygen concentrators. There's an elevator, and a viewing deck on the rooftop. The landlady's service attitude was also excellent!"

"This hotel offers an amazing view of the Meili Snow Mountains. I've stayed at this brand in Guizhou before, so my impression was generally good. To be honest, the room was a bit small. The service during the Chinese New Year was a bit slow, which is understandable. We were told there would be certain activities when we checked in, but we didn't get to experience any of them due to the large crowd. However, they did give us a souvenir, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was very limited and quite mediocre; there wasn't much to eat. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise over the 'golden mountains' in the morning, though."

"Located right at the entrance to Mount Nongwu, it's very easy to spot and you can park right outside. The butler service was excellent; we felt warmly welcomed from check-in to check-out. Although the breakfast selection is limited, it's quite good considering the location. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. It's a bit pricey, so consider your budget. I wouldn't recommend it for a quick overnight stay; it's best to take your time and fully enjoy the experience."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing! The views are incredible; you can see the entire snow-capped mountain range, including the stunning 'golden-capped' peaks at sunrise, right from your room with no obstructions. No need to brave the cold outside! I had such a wonderful and refreshing stay this time. Lying in bed or sitting in a chair while gazing at the snow-capped mountains was truly delightful. The value for money is excellent, and I personally believe it offers the best views around. At night, you can even take photos of the starry sky from the rooftop. The staff service was also top-notch, offering afternoon tea, station transfers, and even souvenirs. When the central oxygen supply wasn't running during the day, they promptly provided an oxygen pillow upon request. The underfloor heating wasn't the strongest, but there were other heaters in the room, so it stayed nice and warm all day. Plus, there's a humidifier! All in all, I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance."

First and foremost, I have to praise the cleanliness: the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly high-quality, even mysophobes said they felt incredibly reassured. ✨ The room amenities exceeded our expectations—we booked a family room, which came with smart curtains, a large ensuite bathroom, branded toiletries, complimentary afternoon tea and fruit, and their yak beef hotpot was truly delicious. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every detail, and the price was completely worth it. What touched me most was the owner's generosity! The driver for our chartered car stood us up at the last minute. Early in the morning, while we were frantic at Shangri-La, we sent the owner a message for help. To our surprise, she responded immediately and arranged a replacement vehicle within five minutes. This kind of warmth, even more than family, is far more precious than any physical amenities. Highly recommended to all travelers who value both quality and service; this is a warm and welcoming place worth a special trip!"
