"The best views & peaceful. The rooms are clean and it’s gives you a wintery vibe. We had a problem with our toilet in the evening, it was sorted within minutes. Breakfast is typical Turkish breakfast but you get a few options. The only struggle we had was at night There is hardly anywhere open in this are till late. And when I mean late I mean 10pm. We struggled to find somewhere to eat the first night we arrived as the hotel does not provide dinner however you can order at a discount from a near by place which they can bring from but that is until a certain time. Second night we found a restaurant filled with Christmas decor which was brilliant but slightly expensive. Places to see: There is a lot of places to visit however due to snow there was a few we couldn’t reach by car. You need a 4x4 to get to some places. They are wide spread and not all in one area so you do need to travel allot. There was a shopping centre around 15/20 mins away but not a typical shopping centre. In general we enjoyed ourselves as a family. Not sure if I would go again though."

Despite being out of the room well past the standard check-out time and returning after 2:00 PM, my room had still not been cleaned. This is unacceptable for a hotel, as I expect my room to be serviced daily and in a timely manner. The lack of attention to this basic amenity negatively impacted my comfort and overall experience. I had to call down to the front desk to request cleaning, which further delayed my ability to relax and unpack properly. This oversight greatly diminished my impression of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and hygiene standards. I hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.""
