"Wspaniały widok"

"Customer service is terrible. After checking in we found out the bathtub is broken. The receptionist was impolite, unsupportive and rude enough that did not even try to solve the issue ASAP. Rather, she told us there was no specialist at the moment and he might come or might not the other day to fix it. When we kept persisting that we need it fixed right away or they should provide another room, they called a custodian and later a waiter to try to fix it. Eventually, the bath still was not working appropriately, the staff present were so rude and impolite that did not even pay attention to my 8-month pregnant wife and try to suggest an alternative room option or an upgrade. As a result, we were unhappy and wanted to speak with the manager to ask for a refund. They never gave us a chance to speak with the manager, and never returned the paid money. The atmosphere was so disgusting and people were so rude that we decided to just leave for another hotel immediately. Also, the road to the hotel is terrible. At least an SUV is needed to get there. There was no phones in the rooms, so for tourists it will be impossible to call the reception if they don’t have local SIM cards or a roaming option. We booked the best, luxe room which was quite old, without a fridge, it was cold and humid inside. In general, it was not an Alpine castle but a DISASTER castle!"

"We checked in late, towards evening. Thanks to the hosts for leaving the keys and showing us how to get in. Parking is available."

"We were the only ones in the whole hotel, which was kinda weird. We arrived pretty late, got checked in, but had a few hiccups which were soon fixed by the hotel staff. The next day, we had to rush to check out until we talked to them to give us an additional hour. I would have understood such a rush if there were lines of people standing and waiting to check in, but there was absolutely NOONE. Overall, the view is nice, and the room was ok."

"W tym hotelu, który dzwoni, dostosowaliśmy podróż do Armenii. Hotel jest pełen Hobbita, z dziesiątkami domów, jakby każdy z nich wybiegł z Pierścienia! Bardzo ekscytujące! Żółty domek, który miałem zarezerwować miesiąc wcześniej. Pokój jest duży, kanapa, herbata, szafka, łóżko, nawet światła na łóżku. Hotel jest bardzo dobry i przysłali nam dziś wieczorem bardzo bogate śniadanie, gdy dowiedzieli się, że wyjeżdżamy. Hotel ma standardy 4-5 Star hotelu. Poza tym, przed drzwiami są parkingi dla gości, a także rejestracja informacji o pojazdach."
