"This property is located very close to the Diveagar Beach. It is situated in a very narrow lane adjacent to the beach, so parking was an issue. The staff however pointed us to some parking slots nearby. The hotel rooms are clean and the vibe of the place is good. The restaurant served tasty food and service was good. They also have a rooftop dining option but it's charged higher than the ground floor restaurant. They have a small pool situated bang in between all hotel rooms, so there is limited privacy. Also, this led to a lot of disturbance with guests and kids constantly shouting in the pool. The cleanliness of pool was average. The hotel is a decent option if you are looking for a stay near the Beach (approx 1Km away). "

"They don't even have a kitchen within property, it takes hours for them to deliver food from outside, also room has window without curtains, when compliment done, they put a news paper to cover the glasses, it's a very low ratting property, gave 3 just for behavior, otherwise, it's supposed to get just 1."

"Location is really on point but due the same rooms heat up a lot and AC is ineffective. You have to climb the stairs for the rooms. But overall a nice stay with decent food what you can expect from this location. The staff was helpful and responsive to the requests."

"This is wrongly mented as resort. Its a Hotel very small property located 900m from the beach. It has no view kf the beach. The Rooms are very small and bathroom even smaller with many issues we faced like:- 1. The bedsheets /linen were not changed and were faked like changed. On asking staff said they were changed so i showed them the dirt marks and hairs under pillow cover and blanket. Later they changed it. 2. In other room the fan wasnt workjng properly so we reported for which no action was taken for 1-2 hours. We had to walk to reciption had to fight with desk manager, who denied doing any help and even denied changing the room. The Lady boss at reciption was very rude and unprofessional. We found all other staffs very polite and helpful. Later another staff helped us and assured us to send electeician and helped to solve the Fan issue. Surprisingly electeician checked and noted that fan was rotating in wrong direction and changed the capacitor post which fan worked fine. The bathrooms were so small and having broken and old mirror with rusted antique dustbin. Honestly, this HOTEL is not worth 6k and i would strongly recommend my fellow travellers to stay away."
