"We were supposed to participate in the Dobbiaco winter night run, and stay at the Hotel Tschurtschenthaler, which turned our joy into a complete disaster. No race, no stay, lots of bitterness and fear. From the moment of our arrival around midday, we felt a total lack of courtesy and availability on the part of the manager, making it immediately clear that we would not be welcome, who informed us that (despite our booking made a few months before our stay) decided to assign our room to other customers, so he moved us to Villa Bassa, about 2 km from the property, in an apartment (without mentioning costs and services included/excluded and without taking into account the difficulty of having to use the car every time to get to the centre). We oppose it, and this is the genesis of the disaster. He sends us away in a bad way, making us return later, at check-in time. From that moment on, the manager's attitude became extremely rude, not at all professional and at times even very violent, but despite this she assigned us the room. As soon as we took possession of the room, we realized that our daughter's bed had not yet been made up. We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager who entered the room like a fury with the sheets and pillows and started to rant and scream, scaring my wife and my daughter, who was pushed by the manager who, not stopping screaming even in German, had to prepare the bed. At this point, given the level of degeneration I had reached, I pointed out to the manager that I no longer intended to stay where I was anything but welcome and that I was starting to get scared, but she always threatened me by shouting to make me pay for the room if we were gone. I was forced to call the Carabinieri who immediately intervened and managed to mediate the difficult situation and therefore the manager and the owner (the manager's mother) let us go without having to pay for an unused service. Not only was our holiday ruined by the improbably bad service and the out-of-bounds attitude of the facility manager, but we also suffered biological damage due to the stress and frustration caused by this surreal experience, and we don't rule it out to take legal action against the facility. Final notes: the structure is dated but centrally located, which is the reason for our choice. The room seemed recently renovated and equipped with the minimum necessary comforts, albeit with some defects (dirty bathroom, missing towels and used toilet paper). Overall just enough."

"Mieliśmy piękny czas w tym hotelu. Byliśmy w okolicy do xc ski. Nordic narciarski trasy zaczynają się za hotelem. Zarezerwowaliśmy apartament w nowym skrzydle. Był przestronny, i po prostu i komfortowo wyznaczony. Jedzenie było doskonałe. Pięć kursów kolacja miała trzy opcje menu i można łatwo zastąpić kursy z jednego menu do drugiego. Obiad był ciepły, uważny i wydajny- pięć kursów posiłek przesuwa się w odpowiednim tempie. Spa nie jest niepotrzebna - liczyliśmy co najmniej 5 różnych obszarów sauny, basen na zewnątrz, basen wewnętrzny i duży gorący wanny. Całkowicie ten hotel ma świetną atmosferę, wspaniałe jedzenie i uważne pracownicy."

"Room itself nice/clean. Beds comfortable. Only complaints from us were no refrigerator, no ice machine, tap water not that cold. Breakfast was the same daily pretty much, but good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of some shops and eateries. Stayed one week to hike."

"W lesie w głębokim górskim, obok jest farma, która prowadzi wiele krów, wołowiny, które są uzdrawiane. Środowisko jest naturalne, hotele mają publiczną strefę, a środowisko jest w porządku. Jeśli jest mniej, to trzeba je zamknąć, gdy otworzymy bagaż, bo zaczniemy biegać. Jest wysokie, źle świeci. Ale okno jest dobre, a wołowiny są zamknięte. Koledzy mówią, że ich okna są normalne. W sumie, to jest bardziej odpowiednie miejsce do przebywania po piechotach, ale jest naprawdę zmęczone po piechotach. Może być tu całą noc."
