"Charming B&B - 1 minute walk from the lake and the piazza in Dongo. Old villa converted into holiday accommodation while maintaining the charm. The room was furnished with antique furniture, had a beautiful fresco on the ceiling.. Incredibly beautiful place. Kettle and complimentary tea bags in the room. No air condition but it wasn't necessary as the house kept very fresh at night. Renovated bathroom with full amenities and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was delicious... Bread, cheese and salami from local producers and cake/juice homemade by the owners of the house. Doriano and Giovanna were friendly and welcoming. Spoke both English and Italian. They shared many beautiful stories of the history of the house and life on Lake Como. Staying in their Villa was an absolute treat. I hope that I'll be able to visit again in the future."
