„這次帶家人來東平旅遊，提前2天訂好酒店，看了好幾次酒店，選了這家旅居型酒店，進酒店大門保安大爺就趕緊着給指引停車位，下車還幫忙拿了行李，快速辦完入住到房間休息，房間有咖啡機，不會用，服務員幫忙給磨了2杯，免費的哈哈，小冰箱，微波爐，挺全呼，跟家一樣方便，不錯，下午周邊玩了一圈，回來洗了個熱水澡，一覺睡到大天亮，安靜舒適，吃了個豐富的早餐，我們就退房離開了。這次入住還挺滿意。好評！”

„我跟朋友一起去東平考試，因緣際會訂到了這家酒店，真的特別的好，晚上我們打電話要瓶水，小姐姐送來的水是熱過的，真的好貼心。第二天一早要去考點，還有段距離，打車一直打不上，去前台諮詢有沒有出租師傅的電話，因為考試期間，用車緊張，一位男士，應該是酒店的管理人員，幫我們聯繫，之後確實聯繫不上，這位男士直接提出免費送我們去考點，在路上還遇到一個打不到車的小姐姐，就一起都送到考點了。真的從來沒遇到過這麼暖心的酒店，真的推薦，有機會再來東平，還會住這家，環境很好，人更好。”
