"I called ahead, asking specifically for a certain accommodation, after almost double charging my card, I go it to my room and it didn’t have the accommodation. She moved me to room 2FORGOT me in the hall for 10 minutes because she was on her cell phone. The 2nd room was so noisy because of the neighbor. She knowingly put me next to a family who kid had autism. I have nothing against autism but I was there to relax and get away from chaos. Room 3 was filthy, no heat in a winter storm. I went to get a second blanket and instead of cleaning my room. She handed me a bottle of cleaning solution. It was HORRIBLE "
