"I was unsure about this hotel, but the front desk let me know know that they had recently changed ownership. They have started a continental breakfast and looks like they have redone the landscaping and started painting the building. It looks as if they are starting a new remodel job. This will be nice, since the room I had seems outdated. I look forward to staying here in the future."

"Hotel has a good location but front desk staff was slow for request. My hotel room was never cleaned the two days I stayed and the front desk was clueless as to why. They were short on towels for my family and at one point wanted to charge 50.00 extra dollars for an hour extended stay or late check out. I’ve never been charged for a late check out. I wouldn’t recommend this place other than the location."

"OMG!!!! Do not go to this place! It stunk! Get into a room, 107 I believe check out the bathroom, after traveling my usual first stop. The sink has pink stains, the toilet has stains, oh yeah the sink has what looks like a 2 by 4 holding up the one side. The bathroom has two towels and two wash cloths and a mat for the shower. No hand towel. The shower curtain is barely hanging on the curtain rod. Ready for the bedroom? We could feel what felt like springs on the beds. The beds were also sunken in various areas. Had to look all over the room for outlets to charge our electronics. The rug felt damp underfoot. The AC worked and was noisy all night. Never do a Knights Inn again! Don’t believe the website or the photos! I felt like we were staying in a flop house that charges by the hour!"

"We booked this place last minute because of the price, The lady at the front desk was very nice, she told me that it was 20$ to check in early, said they were under new management and redoing the whole hotel. When we got to the room we noticed a lot to start with. The rooms were really dated. The one we got smelled really clean, they must have just serviced it. It looks like they already started redoing the hotel. It was quite though and they had really good dish tv. Overall, the staff was very nice and professional. I only come to Albany once a year but I will definitely stay next year to see what they have done to it."

"Na pewno trzeba zrobić kilka aktualizacji budynku w ogóle. Nasz pokój pachniał świetnie / czysty po przybyciu. Jednak, blachy i materac pod blachami miały plamy, które mnie wyrzuciły. "WOW what an incredible hotel! All the finishes touches really felt five star.
