"Have stayed here for 17 years, always felt welcome, cared for. This year we were disappointed. No water dispenser in lobby, no IHG rewards member recognition, no maid service(we were there 3 nights), not even trash cans dumped, towels replaced, bathroom cleaned! No response to fixing a bathroom issue, no face soap in bathroom, just very sad, it used to be a very nice place to stay, and for the price they now charged us, like it's the Hilton, could you please provide some services?"

Jak inni mówią, idź do innego hotelu. Cieszę się, że odwołałem i poszedłem gdzie indziej i zaoszczędziłem pieniądze. Ten hotel musi się poprawić i jestem Hiltons honorowy gości."

"The sheets appeared clean, but the bedspread did not. I think that their rooms and the quality and furnishings vary from great to not-so-great. The first room we were given was a smoking room and we wanted a non smoking. But the smoking room looked pretty cool. It was set up almost like an apartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen with a back door. But the smell of smoke was too much for us. The second room had a t.v. that looked like it was from the 1970s. We didn't try to use it. The bathroom had a shower but not a tub. Look at my pictures for more information."
