She was very professional despite being new to the job and answered all our questions patiently. She even upgraded my room. The room wasn't very soundproof, and a child running around next door was disturbing our sleep. Cleanliness really needs improvement. Upon entering the room, we found cigarette butts in the bathroom and hair everywhere in the shower. The breakfast service was a bit confusing. The lady said the rule was one steamed bun and one egg, but I don't eat steamed buns and wanted two eggs. She said it wasn't possible, citing company policy and that it was difficult for her. I hope management can be more humane and avoid such unreasonable rules for breakfast. A more flexible approach would be better. Overall, the experience was acceptable, and the price was reasonable."
