Wystąpił błąd systemu i recepcjonistka umożliwiła nieznajomym dostęp do naszego pokoju. To absolutnie nie ma sensu. Bardzo niefortunne"

"Svetlozara Sindzhirlieva -- 9m I am already deeply disappointed with this property even before my stay. It turns out they have a hidden policy written in tiny print, stating that guests must pay a deposit twice the total price of the stay – something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. When I found out about this, I tried to cancel my reservation and get assistance, but the support team refused to help in any way. They wouldn’t connect me with a manager or anyone capable of making a decision. All I received were generic responses and complete indifference. The fact that they refuse to refund even the small amount I paid for the reservation, despite my stay being two months away, makes me seriously doubt whether they would ever refund such a large deposit. If this is how they treat guests before arrival, I can only imagine what the actual experience would be like. Their slogan says “We host with our heart”, but unfortunately, I haven’t felt any trace of that heart so far. Highly unprofessional, opaque, and disrespectful service. I strongly advise against booking this place."

"On May 19, 26, I booked this hotel via Check24 and received an mandatory booking confirmation. On May 27, 26, I was able to book this hotel via Check24. Mai, three days before my arrival, the hotel owner suddenly announced by chat that he could not make the room available to me because he forgave it elsewhere; In the booking site, however, he did not cancel my valid booking. He did not respond to my legitimate request to provide me with a replacement accommodation. Check24 did not respond to my complaints in time. As I saw later on the site, the accommodation is not what you can imagine at Boutique Hotel, but a old villa where the owner rents a few rooms daily. This may be good for many purposes, but for travelers who expect reliable hotel services including reliable compliance with the accommodation contract after a confirmation of booking, I would not recommend the accommodation."
