"We've booked two rooms in Kazerne for one night. The rooms couldn't be more different, but both were amazingly decorated. One of the rooms had a the biggest (round) batthub we've ever seen, and a shower with functions to match. The other one was a two story huge room, with built in kitchen. Both rooms were extremely clean, and very pleasant. The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we booked in another one. There isn't in-house breakfast, but that's not an issue, lot's of nice breakfast places at a few steps. If you're looking for the best place to stay in Eindhoven, search no more, this is it."

"On May 19, 26, I booked this hotel via Check24 and received an mandatory booking confirmation. On May 27, 26, I was able to book this hotel via Check24. Mai, three days before my arrival, the hotel owner suddenly announced by chat that he could not make the room available to me because he forgave it elsewhere; In the booking site, however, he did not cancel my valid booking. He did not respond to my legitimate request to provide me with a replacement accommodation. Check24 did not respond to my complaints in time. As I saw later on the site, the accommodation is not what you can imagine at Boutique Hotel, but a old villa where the owner rents a few rooms daily. This may be good for many purposes, but for travelers who expect reliable hotel services including reliable compliance with the accommodation contract after a confirmation of booking, I would not recommend the accommodation."

"During my recent stay at your hotel, I encountered several issues that don't align with the quality and service I've come to expect from Fletcher. Upon entering my room, I found that none of the lights were working. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially doubted my claim. It was only after someone accompanied me to the room that they confirmed the fuse box had tripped. This was resolved, but it's something that should have been checked beforehand. Later that evening, I discovered that the bathroom lighting was only partially functional. As it was late, I didn't report it and went to sleep. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable (it sagged significantly), which negatively impacted my night's rest. The next morning, in daylight, I noticed that the shower wasn't clean and still had hair from previous guests. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use it and had to wash up at the sink instead. When checking out, I mentioned these issues. The only response I received was: "I'll pass it on." I find this to be a very brief and insufficient response to multiple serious shortcomings."

"Everything is so nice, personal, receptionist, people at the bar. The inside is beautiful and outside is also amazing. Everything was clean, nice they have beautiful thing outside (hammocks, tree house, beautiful statues). We will for sure came back in a nicer weather and more often."
