"Już wcześniej nocowaliśmy w tym hotelu i mieliśmy bardzo pozytywne doświadczenia, co sprawiło, że ta wizyta była szczególnie rozczarowująca. Na początek warto zaznaczyć, że niektóre pokoje nie mają balkonu ani tarasu. Niestety, początkowo zakwaterowano nas w jednym z tych pokoi, mimo że w rezerwacji zaznaczono, że będziemy mieli balkon lub taras. Ponieważ hotel był w pełni zarezerwowany, mogliśmy zmienić pokój dopiero następnego dnia. Oprócz braku miejsca na zewnątrz, pokój był jasno oświetlony w nocy przez pobliską latarnię uliczną świecącą prosto do środka. Przez kolejne dwie noce przeniesiono nas do pokoju z balkonem, co bardzo nam się podobało. Jednak w pokoju słychać było ciągły, głośny szum – mechaniczny hałas, który trwał bez przerwy, dniem i nocą – który utrudniał sen. Z pozytywnych rzeczy, śniadanie jest dobre i oferuje duży wybór. Sprzątanie pokoi również stoi na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Samo El Cotillo to urocze, spokojne miasteczko surfingowe z pięknymi plażami i dużym wyborem małych, lokalnych restauracji. To idealne miejsce, jeśli chcesz się zrelaksować i cieszyć morzem. To nie jest miejsce na nocne życie – chodzi tu raczej o plażę, surfing i zwolnienie tempa. ."

"Arrived on a Sunday key is in a safe box by the front door. Reception work 10 -2 Monday to Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."

"Przyjazny personel, czysty pokój ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Brakowało żelu pod prysznic lub mydła do rąk, a pod meblami było trochę kurzu, ale wyposażenie było bardzo dobre."

"Firstly apartments are amazing, clean, comfortable, roof terrace perfect if you want to relax and have a lazy day. The building work started 8am to 5 or 6pm , we were told by tui to expect light noise but it was so loud, bring ear plugs or you will be woken at 8am , we couldn't enjoy the terrace on most days as they were breaking into the rocks next door, and it was constant pounding, not everyday but quite a lot, I was ready to book a flight home after 3 days and talking to another couple underneath us they were the same. Beach was only 5 mins walk, beautiful. Pool lovely but again as mentioned only open from 11 to 5pm , then last couple days 5 couples turned up with about 9 kids under 5 , they completely over took pool area , fishing nets etc in the pool, loud , no control over kids, they left kids toys , washing, crap, all along the floor outside apartments and left it there, like they owned the place, think it would be so much better adults only, as it's not really geared up for kids . Would I go back, if it was adults only definitely and once building work was complete next door, as the beaches were amazing, apartments spotless, also hired a bike from a shop next to the big hotel near supermarket, we went to lighthouse and stopped off different beaches, worth doing this."

"Welcome to hell… Worst holiday ever! I work hard and look forward to my annual holiday. We have used Jet 2 Holidays many times but boy there has been nothing like this before. If you want to rest and relax, enjoy restaurants and like things to do, are coming on your own, as a couple or family; this is NOT the place for you…. It’s like a building site, woken by builders drilling doing piling works, electrics keeps going off, no places to eat out, looks like a wars zone, swimming pool freezing, it’s a dump! It’s only day 2 and looking forward to going home already!!! Do NOT come here."
