This beautiful one bedroom-one bathroom apartment is less than 1/2 mile to the heart of Bemus Point! It has beautiful engineered hard wood floors with radiant heat and cathedral ceilings for an open concept space that is very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, yet very close to all that Bemus Point and Chautauqua Lake have to offer in the summer or on the snowmobile trail and close to ski resorts in the winter, you have found where you want to be. The major appliances were new in summer 2021 and several other small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor and even a KitchenAid mixer.
