"We stayed at the Coray for 4 nights over New Years and had a lovely time. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The size of our room was good and the bed was comfy. Yes, the bathroom is dated but who spends their time in there?! The shower was hot so perfectly happy with that. The food was tasty too. In my opinion a lovely 3 star hotel and a perfect base for a skiing holiday in Encamp"

"A very beautiful hotel in the mountains. We really enjoyed our weekend away in the seclusion of Grau Roig. The suite we had was wonderful, a great view, a superb sleep in a very comfortable bed and wonderful facilities. The spa was very much enjoyed, it’s upgraded facilities were great. The food is amazing, we dined in the tasting room one evening and in the La Fromagerie on our second night, both dinners were delicious. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection available. I have to mention our sommelier Thomas, great cocktails, very knowledgeable about the wines and a very welcoming host. The overall experience about this hotel is made fantastic by the staff, everyone is welcoming and friendly and you’re made to feel at home from the minute you arrive. We’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend this hotel."

Pokoje są super czyste jedzenie jest bardzo szkolne kolacje (ale serdeczne i smaczne to nie jest skarga) tak śmierdzi trochę chudym, jak przyszedłeś do recepcji, ale to w żaden sposób nie wpływa na nasze doświadczenie. Pracownicy byli wszyscy przyjacielscy i lokalizacja była dobra autobus do Funicamp zatrzymuje się trochę w górę lub w dół ulicy za pieniądze, które zapłaciliśmy, bardzo polecam ten hotel i nie będzie się wahać, aby tu zostać ponownie."

"We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we were very disappointed with the photos of the ad which gave us a view of the mountain, we had instead buildings in construction so we forgot the rest , Gross heat in the room no air condition no smoke detector lighting no card for the safe no kit (small gel,soap) vacuum gel distributor breakfast medium coffee (shoes juice) 😬not forget parking 10euros per day where there are only 2 seats reserved for the hotel with a note only the gentleness and friendliness of the staff."

"The hotel is located in Encamp with beautiful views of the mountains of Andorra. The house is a little older, what you can see especially in the room. The room size was super and the bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom in the old style of the 1980s was also in order and above all clean. Free parking is rare in Andorra and in this corner is not, therefore, the spacious garage is recommended. "My wife and I spent 5 days in this amazing hotel. It was simply heaven. The staff are so friendly and helpful and warm. They are multilingual so we had no problem communicating. The setting is a magical valley that is very peaceful and serene. The hotel’s design is so gorgeous and every detail is thought through with impeccable taste. The food is amazing and so reasonably priced given its gastronomic pedigree. We had a wonderful spa day with a couples message and were so impressed with the wine flight tasting menu! We have been to many high end hotels in Europe and the Grau Roig is at the top of our favorites!"
