"The ambiance and beach views at Saffron Beach Entebbe are truly stunning—relaxing at any time of the day. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the food. Our party of four visited on February 15, 2025, hoping to enjoy an early dinner and try their Indian dishes. We ordered a variety to get a sense of their range: Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton Rogan Josh, and Chicken Curry. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The flavors were underwhelming, and the quality did not justify the price, especially compared to other restaurants serving similar cuisine. The naan was lukewarm at best and more burnt than properly cooked. It felt as if the chef wasn’t present that day, as the dishes lacked the care and authenticity we expected. This was our first visit, and while the location is beautiful, we wouldn’t recommend their Indian dishes at this time. Hopefully, they can improve in the future."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful, even with ordering a taxi. Airport transfer: 35,000 UJ. Very nice view of Lake Victoria and a beautiful garden 👍 We spent three nights there. Breakfast consisted daily of: coffee or tea, a large slice of toast with butter, an omelet, two sausages, and a mixed fruit platter. The price-performance ratio was excellent. We would gladly stay again."

"This hotel cannot be contacted with the number indicated and I got stressed waiting for airport pick up even I sent my flight details for arrival they don't mind and the call cannot go through the hotel front desk, it's a pre recorded voice. And eventually I ended up riding taxi to the hotel. And for the meals that are indicated with different prices for full board meal or ALL INCLUSIVE MEALS, they only offer BREAKFAST, so don't get fooled because the manager didn't let me refund I paid for the additional payments for food they seem to be offering.with the rooms. One thing more 😓😓 poor wifi connection, it connects but no internet connection 😔"
