"We spent 4 nights here and were absolutely thrilled with the room, the Di Fiore Family hospitality and the convenience of the location. Once you are inside the gates the property is lovely,the pool,and the garden are an oasis.The neighborhood is a bit noisy during the day but quiet at night. We did not have a car but arranged for reasonable prices to be driven to train and restaurants. We highly recommend this B&B"

"I absolutely loved the place; it was beautifully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable with two types of pillows—one softer and one firmer. They even left us a little something for breakfast, and check-in and check-out were super convenient. Plus, they have a parking space. I highly recommend it and would definitely return."

"TRZYMAJ SIĘ Z DALA!! Co tu dużo mówić? Nazwa „ruiny” idealnie oddaje klimat! Kierujesz się mapami Google do swojego „prywatnego parkingu”, jak opisano na Trip.com i ***********… Musisz nielegalnie zaparkować na ruchliwej ulicy, żeby wysiąść i wjechać przez wjazd, który nie istnieje (właściwie musisz skorzystać z wejścia do hotelu obok), by usłyszeć, że parking jest prawie pół kilometra dalej. Po powrocie z parkingu dowiadujesz się, że musisz zapłacić 10 euro za parking, o czym nigdzie nie zostałeś poinformowany. Kiedy skontaktowałem się z Trip.com, powiedziano mi, że to naruszenie warunków rezerwacji. Następnie z przyjemnością zostajesz zaprowadzony do pokoju przez opuszczony korytarz i czujesz się, jakby ktoś miał cię napaść. Pokój może i został pomalowany w ciągu ostatniej dekady, ale jego wystrój ewidentnie pochodzi sprzed kilku wieków. Z tarasu roztacza się widok na uroczy wewnętrzny dziedziniec z kilkoma tysiącami innych apartamentów i ich śmieciami. A teraz czas na prawdziwą przyjemność. Izolacja akustyczna jest wykonana z papieru! Usłyszysz każdy hałas z każdego pokoju. Przesuwanie mebli, rozmowy, chrapanie, seks, korzystanie z toalety, telewizory… To tak, jakby cała społeczność była w jednym pokoju typu „open space”, a ten pokój był twój! Nie rozumiem, jak takie miejsca przetrwały. Chcieli też, żebym zapłacił podatek turystyczny gotówką… Pewnie kolejny przekręt tej chciwej, złodziejskiej namiastki hotelu. Przyjedź tu tylko wtedy, gdy chcesz spędzić okropną noc i poczuć się fatalnie."

"We had an absolutely fantastic time staying here. The level of service was out of this world. Nicolo and Jacopo along with their family/ team could not have been more accommodating. Myself and the family were totally taken a back by how every request was met with “absolutely we can do that (even a cup of tea in 33’C heat an internal joke). When I say 5 star attentiveness and service I genuinely mean it!! Paired with modern clean rooms packed with features, a beautiful pool, phenomenally designed gardens that are beautifully kept and a new outdoor restaurant. Maison di Fiore goes way above and beyond a normal b&b. We simply could not recommend it enough we would return in a heartbeat. Grazie Mille!!!!!!!"

"This stay was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. The host was a true gentleman, very polite and professional, showing great patience, dedication, and passion for running his B&B. It's clear he puts a lot of effort into ensuring every guest has a pleasant stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the host uses WeChat, which made communication smooth and ensured a seamless check-in. The breakfast was also delicious and very thoughtfully prepared. The room facilities were excellent too; the WiFi was stable and fast. The room itself was much larger than most hotels, with a silent air conditioner so guests wouldn't feel hot in the summer. The bedding and towels were thick and high-quality, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room was also soundproof, and the bathroom was clean and spacious with a powerful shower. I felt very well-rested. If you're visiting Mount Vesuvius or the ancient city of Herculaneum, this is the place to stay as it's within walking distance. The guesthouse also has convenient transport links, making it worthwhile even if you're exploring Naples or other coastal areas, as train travel is very easy. You can also book various activities with the host. I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this place to fellow travelers who enjoy exploring and want to experience local daily life."

"In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area."
