"Ładny, czysty hotel. Mały pokój ale miał wystarczająco dużo miejsca, aby się poruszać. Wygodne łóżko. Niestety miały tylko 2 łóżka razem i nie królowa, ale to dobrze. Pościel były czyste i wygodne, łazienka przestronne i czyste. Wnętrze wyglądało dobrze. Miał telewizor i świetne klimatyzacje. Pracownicy z przedniego biura byli pomocni. Pokój nie ma łyżki, ale można dostać jeden z przedniego biura z 30 € depozytu. Dużo małych restauracji i ciężarówek żywnościowych. Wielki koreański sklep wygodny 3 minuty od hotelu."

"My colleague made the booking at the hotel by email, about 4 months before arrival, and it went smoothly, with the note that the hotel room would be paid for in cash, which was also confirmed to us. I received the room number and a link to the late check-in by email. So far so good. I had booked a single room for 2 nights. On the day of arrival at 10:30 p.m., after a 6-hour journey, I wanted to use the late check-in, but it was the biggest disaster I have ever seen. You stand in front of a kind of "cash machine" where you have to scan a QR code, but it doesn't work. Then there was information on the entrance door saying that if the technology doesn't work, you have to scan a manual QR code, which also doesn't work and only error 404 appears. After testing a few times, I tried to call the hotel's emergency number, but no one answered, so I used the emergency bell. On the other end of the bell was a very annoyed employee from the MK headquarters, who told me to use the machine to check in and to pay with a credit card or Klarna. However, since I was travelling on business and cash payment had been agreed, I travelled without a credit card and Klarna is not used for business purposes. I told the lady at the headquarters this, but all I got was the answer "no entry without advance payment", which the annoyed employee kept pointing out. After about 30 minutes of discussion, the still annoyed employee said "I should look for another hotel. However, I will be charged for the room I have already booked because I did not check in." The employee also said "I did not cancel before 6 p.m., so I have to pay". I stressed that I ONLY wanted to check in and not cancel. After the employee again told me to look for another hotel, the employee hung up and acted as if she did not understand me when the phone rang again. In the end, I looked for another hotel for the night I was not allowed to stay in this hotel, which turns out to be quite difficult in Frankfurt at 11 p.m. Only after threatening legal action was the money for the first night credited to me in full. The second employee, with whom I was able to clarify the situation personally the next day, told me that the machine in front of the door is regularly broken and that there is a lot of trouble with the employees in the head office. Unfortunately, to the detriment of the guests. I will never stay in this hotel again and would advise anyone else who even plans to stay in this hotel to do so."

"This hotel has small rooms and even smaller bathrooms.If you go for double occupancy, it would probably be dificult for both of you to open your suitcases at the same time. Its clean. Location is very close to railway station but still quiet, especially if you are taking a room towards the backside of the hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is friendly. There is a small desk in the room if you need to work. However if there is an exhibition or fair in town its crazy expensive. I like to stay here and have been here many times. Be aware that Eschborn is without any charm and really boring. Some call it Eschboring! So don't spend your honeymoon here :)"
