"I booked a 1 Queen Premium Room (30 m²). However, the first room I was assigned was much smaller than the room I had booked. I decided not to accept it and went to the reception to ask about the issue. The receptionist checked my reservation and changed my room. Unfortunately, the second room was the same size as the first one. I went back to the reception again, but in the end, I still did not receive the 30 m² room that I had booked. Overall, I was disappointed with the room allocation and the way the situation was handled. This experience did not meet my expectations. I believe guests should receive the room type and size that they booked."
