"The hotel experience was amazing. The ambiance and the setting is spectacular. The availability of varying foods was great. The pool entertainment was fun. The trip to Palomino island was such a joy and so relaxing. The amenities on the island were just enough so that it remained remote feeling and not too overwhelming of the small island. Food on the island was tasty. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the bathtub since it was older in style and I almost fell trying to get into a sunk-in. Everything in the hotel felt modern except for that. Other than that the experience was amazing and totally satisfying."
