"Super easy check in with a very helpful chap who I presume was the owner, ate at the cafe, extremely good value for money, we even had a 15% discount card for the cafe bill which was a welcome added bonus, all round it was a superb place to stay, cannot fault anything at all! Highly recommended."

"We absolutely loved the Springs Lodge & Cafe! This is a mom and pop place and has the special touches that branded hotels do not. It is a newly renovated "motel" style inn with beautiful laminate flooring (easier to keep clean than carpet!), new foam mattresses and linens and a rain showerhead. There is a room with a Keurig and coffees, ice machine, vending machine and washer/dryer. There is not a restaurant; instead there is a little cafe kiosk where you order drinks/food and there is a lovely outdoor seating area. For cold/rainy days, or during the winter, there is an indoor area with tables and chairs. Also outside they have a turfed area that has lawn games like cornhole and Connect 4. I cannot tell you how lovely it was to stay here, and the breakfast sandwiches we got were fantastic. They make a terrific cinnamon roll as well. Highly recommend. (Be warned, there is road construction in front of the Lodge, so just put the address in your gps.)"

"To jest najgorsze doświadczenie, jakie miałem w hotelu/wyspie i ’jadę 67 lat. Kiedy dotarliśmy do hotelu, był człowiek, który nas spotkał i pozwolił nam wejść do tylnych drzwi. Podał nam kod, aby wejść do naszych pokoi. Następnie wsiadł do samochodu i wyjechał w pośpiechu. Przyjechaliśmy przed 8:00, strona powiedziała, że są obecni personel przy biurku i restauracja była otwarta. Nikt nie był na biurku. Nikt nie był w restauracji. Później znalazłem w innej stronie internetowej, że restauracja była tymczasowo zamknięta , nie byliśmy poinformowani. Czekaliśmy na “spa doświadczenie” w “rezerwacji”. Nikt nie był tam . Kiedy mówię, że nikogo nie było, nikogo nie było w całym obiekcie... bez ochrony, bez personelu przedniego biura, bez baru, bez personelu restauracji... i bez innych gości w całym miejscu. Przeszliśmy przez całe miejsce, szukając ludzi... nikt. Drzwi przednie były zamknięte, wchodziliśmy do tylnych drzwi ... Nie było zamknięte. Dlatego każdy, kto chciał wejść do obiektu w dowolnym momencie, mógł to zrobić. To nie jest bezpieczna sytuacja. Strona internetowa dla Red Rock wyglądała świetnie ... rzeczywistość nie była nawet blisko . To fałszywe reklamy i oszustwo. Czuję, że to się dzieje przez jakiś czas . Zapisz swoje pieniądze nie idź do Hotsprings SD, nie idź do Red Rock Resort ... To niebezpieczne i oszustwo... btw nigdy nie piszę recenzje, ale ludzie muszą być ostrzegani o tym miejscu"
