"We were a late May Day booking for 2 nights. We received a very warm and friendly welcome on our arrival. Our en suite room was very clean as was the bed linen and towels. This is a family run hotel all the members of which were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ½ mile walk to the sea front, a few minutes’ walk from the railway station and reasonably priced restaurants."

As soon as you arrive, two site toilets will welcome you. The welcome is not warm and you are looking for the person who should receive you. Not very organized, no parking provided to unpack your belongings, the places are designed for you to arrive and stay as you are. Do not plan to wash or prepare for bed, you have to sleep as you are. In short, I have known better as an atypical place"
