All the tables were full, but there were no plates, chopsticks, or meals. Many guests were left standing around waiting. After finally getting to the table, the eggs were undercooked. I reported it to the staff, and they just said, "Oh!" without even a casual apology. ④ If they didn't accurately estimate guest flow, they could at least have calculated how many guests were eating breakfast the night before and prepared accordingly. ⑤ The scales in the gym were out of battery.
