Stayed here as part of a tour. The only nice thing I can say is the location is good and the pool area was nice, I really enjoyed the pool. The rooms are beat up and worn out. The patio door did not lock and neither did the deadbolt. There was no do not disturb sign. Nothing was very clean, towels were ancient. Big crack in the sink so it just had glue slopped into the hole! The service in the restaurant was non existent, and the tables were not clean. The food was bad. Couldn't even go with bread and butter because you can only find butter at breakfast. On the second night we took one look at dinner and headed across the street to one of the many great cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Stay somewhere else, this is not good!

Used by two women. I am located in the middle of the old city and I think you can enjoy the atmosphere of Fes as it is. The cost of a taxi to the airport is 200DH per person. It may be a little higher than the market price, but I think it can. I think there is no towel. The drainage in the shower is a bit bad. It is easy to block immediately, but it is fine to discard a small amount. With breakfast Simple bread and jam, orange juice, etc. appeared. I feel good eating on the roof. I want to stay for about three nights!

Simon,mohamed and hisham been very kind and attentive very hard workers and professionals always smiling,they are a credit to riad braya, knowledgeable and courteous to the max,Well done guys,the place it's absolutely lovely,very peaceful,I been sleeping like a baby I will be back for sure better than any other 5 star hotels in fez and will recommend this place 100 %.

This riad was the best stay that we experienced in Morocco. The location is perfect and very safe. Namir was very attentive, went above and beyond for any needs that we had. His family made us feel like family. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy. Namir can take care of anything that you need and is very responsive with any questions. The food that he cooks with his family is the best tasting food in Fes. We loved talking with him when we were at the Riad. Him and his family are the sweetest. I would not stay anywhere else in Fes.

What a gem of a place to stay. We stayed an extra day in Fes because of it. The owner when you arrive spends time telling you about the history and what to look out for (good & bad) Rooms are clean and tidy and maintained daily. The other staff are like the owner and friendly and helpful. I’m sat writing this with my bags packed ready to continue my Moroccan journey with a hint of sadness because I am leaving this place. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must admit that my experience was less than satisfactory. There were several issues that made the stay quite disappointing, and despite raising our concerns, they were not adequately addressed. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it was advertised as wheelchair-friendly. However, we were surprised to find steps leading into the entrance and small rooms, making it challenging for individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, the lifts were exceptionally small, causing inconvenience and discomfort, especially when carrying luggage or during busy times. It was disappointing that the accessibility and space were not as expected. We also encountered a language barrier when trying to communicate about laundry charges. We felt like we might have been overcharged, but it was difficult to clarify the matter due to the language issue. On a positive note, most of the staff were very friendly and polite, and their efforts to assist us were appreciated. However, the lack of water or glasses in the rooms was a surprising oversight, and it affected our overall comfort during our stay. Furthermore, the location of the hotel didn't have much around that was open. This limited our options for nearby dining or activities, making our experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had several faults that affected our stay. While the friendly staff were a bright spot, the issues with accessibility, small lifts, lack of amenities, and limited nearby options left us feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience to meet the expectations of their guests.

We had a magic moment or 1 night was 1000 nights. The staff is welcome to small care, you can enjoy the historical knowledge of the receptionist who will guide you for a very good stay in Fes. The hotel is a wonderful architectural architecture with a genuinely beautiful decoration or you can feel the soul of the well-thinking accompanied by a charming swimming pool. We had not taken time to enjoy the food that must be as good as the place, except the breakfast that was cool and good.

Dar Atlantic is a beautiful place to visit while being in Fez city, it is a cozy Riad heartwarming and welcoming. I love its localisation, near the centre of the old medina and its Terasse is breathtaking you will see the most beautiful sunset. The staff are friendly and nice. I would surely recommend it.
