"Good hotel, great service over dinner & breakfast with genuinely great staff. Dinner plentiful and generally good a couple of dishes were just ok. Room was spacious clean and beds very comfortable but could do with aircon in the summer when the nights were warmer. The hotel guys brought a fan within minutes of asking. (it was during a heatwave though) good dolomite views from the room. pool nice, playground a bit basic (slide/swings etc) Location great for Alpe Di siusi."

"Amazing in every way! My favorite place in Italy! This is more than just a beautiful hotel. The Romantik Hotel Turm is an experience for the soul and all your senses! The views are stunning from every terrace, room and even the sauna. The food is excellent quality, memorable and delicious. We are still thinking about the strudel bar after dinner on Saturday night! The spa is unlike any other I have experienced...the salt grotto, pine sauna, foot bath and sauna (complete with a with a sauna show) were all deeply relaxing and so much fun. The rooms are all unique, simple and lovely in true Tyrolean style. Housed in a 13th century castle, there is beautiful stone and wood everywhere and it smells wonderful in every space. In addition to all that wonderfulness the Turm is an art gallery. The hallways are filled with one of a kind artistic masterpieces...drawings, paintings, sculptures including two Picassos. I LOVE this place. I cannot imagine a more magical spot in this beautiful part of the world."

"We stayed for one week in May 2026 at Romantik Turm, and unfortunately this visit became one of the most distressing experiences we have ever had while travelling as a family.Our 9‑month‑old baby had been crying earlier – something completely normal for an infant. A short time later, my wife was suddenly shouted at in the hallway on the second floor by another female guest. The shouting was so loud that it was heard all the way down at the reception on the ground floor, where staff later apologised to us for what had happened.What shocked us most were two sentences that carried a clearly discriminatory and xenophobic tone: “You don’t belong here.” and, directed at my wife who is an English native speaker: “Do you even speak German?”My wife stood there with our baby in her arms, completely intimidated and shaken. From that moment on, we had to leave our room or the spa area every time this family appeared. We avoided the hotel during the day – and even skipped dinner – simply to prevent another confrontation. This is not a feeling of safety or comfort one expects in a hotel of this category.What affected us even more than the incident itself was the hotel’s reaction. There was no support, no follow‑up, no protection offered to us.In our written complaint, the situation was downplayed. The hotel owner stated that such things can “happen”, that he would only intervene if things became physical, and that he “does not need us”.The hotel also claimed in writing that they had contacted the commander of the Carabinieri beforehand. We visited the Carabinieri ourselves today – they confirmed that the hotel did not contact them at any point.For us, this was a clear failure of duty of care, especially towards a mother with a baby.We travel a lot, but we have never felt so abandoned by a hotel.The full email correspondence with the hotel is available and can be provided if required."

Kiedy spotkaliśmy się z kilkoma wyzwaniami, nie tylko zaoferowali szybkie rozwiązania; myślący ocenił nasze korzyści i wady, nawet jeśli oznaczało to dodatkowe prace dla ich zespołu. Naprawdę przeszli ponad i poza!! Sam pokój był wspaniały, a ja miałem bardzo wygodny pobyt. Moje dzieci miały wspaniały czas grać w śniegu na naszym przednim podwórku! Uwielbiałem również obszar wellness, który miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, w tym saunę, wanna parowa i podczerwieni opcje, aby pomóc nam odpocząć. Obiad był również przyjemny. "We stayed 1 week at Gfell and we had the most fantastic holiday. When you arrive at the hotel you are met by the most breathtaking view. The hotel has been very nicely renovated so it is both modern and kept in a style that blends in with the amazing nature. The rooms are nice with all amenities and again the most fantastic view. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is very popular and this is totally understandable - the food is just fantastic. We had dinner every day at the hotel and most days chose to return the hotel for lunch as well, as it is such a nice place . The service throughout our stay was just fantastic as well. The family who owns the Gfell and the restaurant are on site 24/7 and the service they offer is just fantastic, Thank you to alll of the family for making ur holiday one of the best and we will be back."

"To say that it is a family-run hotel could sound reductive, it is a very beautiful and well managed structure, with very common curate areas (for example the bar), a great kitchen and very gentle staff. Logistically, it is very short from two different stops of such ski buses that lead to the Alps of Siusi in a decade. Selva and S. Cristina are about half an hour drive. Absolutely recommended."
