"Comfortable room with good amount of space and nice view, very tasty food with good choice every day, variety of choices for breakfast and nice spa/swimming pool. The kids’ playground is a great place for the little ones. The position of the hotel is good both for a walk in Castelrotto and to get to Seiseralm through the lift. A nice walk and lunch on the Fiè Lake is also a lovely outdoor activity. My only downside was the strong sweat smell in the corridors/bedrooms/lifts, that we experienced for two years in a row, coming from cleaning staff. It’s really annoying as you wish and expect to go back to a good smelling room which has just been cleaned and you find this instead."

"This is a gorgeous hotel surrounding by magnificent views. The facility and amenities were outstanding. Our room was large and lovely, and extremely quiet and comfortable. We were with a group, and enjoyed a wonderful multi-course dinner that rivals any gourmet restaurant we’ve experienced. Highly recommended."

"To była ostatnia pozycja podróży z paroma przyjaciółmi. Chciałyśmy pobyć gdzieś poza Bolzano z dostępem do Alpe di Suisi. Presulis był dla nas idealnym wyborem. Hotel jest mały i rodzinny. Mieliśmy piękną patrzeć na rysowanie córki właściciela na śniadanie.Podczas gdy hotel jest mały, pokoje są przestronne z dużą ilością miejsca do rozprzestrzeniania się. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne i świetnie spał z otwartymi oknami, aby uzyskać świeże powietrze górskie. Uwielbiała opcję śniadania, aby pomóc nam paliwa przed wyjazdem na dzień pieszych. Mieliśmy dwa obiady w hotelu, które były równie fantastyczne- górskie jedzenie bez zbyt rozmaitych lub nad górą. Nasze pokoje spojrzały na zamek i nie dostaniesz dramatyczne widoki, które można dostać w niektórych innych hotelach w okolicy. Jednak widoki są nadal piękne, a co dostajesz to secesja i bardzo niekorporacyjne hotel vibe, które kochaliśmy.Nasze jedyne ostrzeżenie - droga z Fie do hotelu (przez Presule) jest typową wąską, włoską górską drogą. Lubię prowadzić tak, ale nasi przyjaciele byli bardzo szczęśliwi, że jeździłem, bo to ich trochę przestraszyło! ;)"

"Komunikacja przez e-mail była świetna przed podróżą. Klienci radzili o spa, a zwłaszcza śniadanie. Podobało im się masaż, chociaż myśleli, że dziki i szwajcarski masaż sosny jest tylko niewielki olej aromatyczny, powiedziały- nie literally żadnej time lub sosny. Znajduje się wygodnie, aby chodzić do miasta, autobus i ścieżki. Dzięki za wszystko!"

"We stayed 1 week at Gfell and we had the most fantastic holiday. When you arrive at the hotel you are met by the most breathtaking view. The hotel has been very nicely renovated so it is both modern and kept in a style that blends in with the amazing nature. The rooms are nice with all amenities and again the most fantastic view. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is very popular and this is totally understandable - the food is just fantastic. We had dinner every day at the hotel and most days chose to return the hotel for lunch as well, as it is such a nice place . The service throughout our stay was just fantastic as well. The family who owns the Gfell and the restaurant are on site 24/7 and the service they offer is just fantastic, Thank you to alll of the family for making ur holiday one of the best and we will be back."
