"It's sad that we felt ripped off like this. Upon arrival, we were politely asked to pay an additional cleaning fee for the room. They wouldn't give us the key otherwise. Even though the booking form clearly stated that this was the final price, we felt cheated and ripped off by the hotel. When we asked for an invoice for the extra charge, we received a slip of paper that was neither signed nor stamped, nor properly issued. It's simply appalling to rip off travelers like this!"

"Hotel jest dobrze położony, w odległości spaceru od windy fotelu starjet (choć na wzgórzu!). Nasz pokój był przestronny i wygodny z dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania. Wszyscy pracownicy są przyjazni i pomocni. Żywność jest pyszna i obszar spa jest wielki. Hotel ma pokój na nartach na dole i jest obok sklepu z nartami."

"This hotel has some amazingly courteous staff, from front desk to housekeepers, restaurant service, and everyone else. The food was plentiful and very good, and beverage prices appropriate. There is a terrific wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam rooms, and a great choice of things to do for the children. The one thing that diminished the overall experience is the building's decor. It's Disneyland (with less taste) not fitting the Alpine environment. When I saw "Schlosshotel", I expected a retrofitted ancient building not a fake castle with crystal chandeliers and kitschy decor. "

Wspaniałe koktajle z Anna, uważna obsługa z Laszlo i oczywiście Lola przyjazny pies domu!!! Trudno znaleźć w ogóle jakikolwiek błąd, ale tylko powiedzieć coś może bardziej twarde poduszki!!! (to jest tak dobrze, że może tylko odebrać na to!) I jedna rzecz, która nie może dostać się gdzie indziej, lokalizacja, poniżej 20 metrów do windy narciarskiej, wynajem sklepu i centrum lekcji!!! Jednak poniżej 1 godziny od lotniska w Salzburgu."

Naprawdę nie mogę winić tego hotelu lub ich pracowników. Była to ogromna wartość dla pieniędzy, wszystko było skierowane do dzieci i pomimo naszych milionów pytań, pracownicy nie mogli być bardziej mili lub bardziej uważni. Między nami mieliśmy czterech dzieci: 2 y/o, 4 y/o, 4 y/o, 5 y/o."

"The penthouse is noisy, above the restaurant, and there's constant banging. The beds and duvets are filthy, the furniture is downright dirty, and the kitchen is also filthy and old! The bathroom is all-in-one, so no two bathrooms for 10+ people, so you have to make arrangements about who gets to shower when. There's no separate toilet, so it's also in the bathroom. The location relative to the slopes is excellent! The restaurant is good, and the staff are very friendly!"
