"This is one of the too few Family-owned and run places that I know of. Have been going here for many, many years. It could be considered my "second home." Always treated so very well! Super clean, well situated, fine amenities! My main objection is the evening meal: I wish there was as much imagination shown in the main course as there is in the vorspeise (appetizer) and the dessert. One gets rather bored with Graubunden cuisine EVERY Tuesday, fish EVERY Friday, and Wild EVERY Saturday, The chef is very talented and has a much better repertoire than what is presented. Would like to see some additional items at breakfast, too - Danish-style pastries, muffins, a larger or more varied selection of dry cereals, for examples"

"Although the room was clean the balcony was unusable no view and dirty. The food was very disappointing cold lasagne when complained grilled the top but underneath was cold. Themed dinners tinned hot dogs fish fingers chicken nuggets , no children in hotel chicken wings ok. USA night The packed lunch was two dry slices of bread a slice of cheese a shrivelled lettuce leaf Plus a dry apple bottle of water Did improve with same sandwich fruit drink and cereal bar the ducks were well fed. No where to relax no bar to buy a drink. In fairness staff friendly but untrained reaching across people taking dishes away while still eating, not acceptable. It may have suited young skiers but we were 46 people all but 2 over 50 on Shearings trip so no walk in showers was a problem."

"Just spent a week at Hapimag Flims. Had a super holiday. A beautiful, large, and clean apartment with a stunning view. Wi-Fi works very well. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty to do for children and dogs are very welcome. Hapimag is very centrally located in Flims Waldhaus. Just a 5-minute walk from the gondola to UNESCO Sardona. We bought a mountain railway pass at reception for 35 CHF for 3 different gondolas. Flims also has a lot to offer in the summer, such as Lake Cauma. Very beautiful! It is also very nice that you can book from Sunday to Sunday, when the roads are much quieter. Tips: a walk in Stoos and the Landquarts outlets. In short: we are very satisfied and will definitely be back!"
