If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would! This hotel liked apartment in Florence was my best stay ever in Italy. The apartment was meticulously clean, everything looked brand new and thoughtfully maintained. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Honestly, you can arrive with just your luggage and feel completely at home. The room was super spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and daily cleaning was provided. One detail that truly impressed us, we left some dirty dishes in the morning, fully expecting to wash them ourselves in the evening, but the staff actually did our dishes as well. That level of care and attention is rare. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, walkable to major attractions and very well connected by tram and buses, making getting around Florence effortless. An outstanding stay from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended!

호텔위치를 찾는 것 부터가 좀 난제였습니다. 흔히들 생각하는 그런 호텔입구가 아니기도 하고 호텔 간판도 없어서 한참을 헤매고 힘들게 들어갔어요 겨우 들어가서는 방문이 너무 뻑뻑해서 잘 열리지 않아 진을 뺐네요. 방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다. 기침소리, 옆 건물에서 떠드는 소리까지 다 들립니다. 그러나 조식은 맛있었어요. 직원이 상주하지 않아 안내를 받는게 너무 힘들고 전화를 해도 연결이 잘 안 됩니다.

Excellent location and facilities. Good buffet breakfast. Roof top bar is gorgeous and the weather was so nice we swam in the heated rooftop pool in late October!

太值得一個滿分好評。旅行裏很美好的一站。 位置離領主廣場和烏菲茲步行不超過20分鐘。 設計感/設施/服務和早餐全都值得五分。前台和餐廳的服務生都耐心和熱心的恰到好處。餐廳連帶的小花園裡有一衹非常可愛的小貓。 唯一要提醒是，需要自帶轉換插頭。

Within walking distance from the train station so quite convenient. Got upgraded to a junior suite room with very spacious room and two beds (with one bed being sofa bed but still good). Very bright and tidy bathroom. Downside is the cleanliness is not to my expectation (some ashes on the staircase in the room and near the coffee machine) and the air-conditioner is too cold even though we have asked the receptionist to help switch off the air conditioner. Breakfast is a bit expensive (€28 pp from what I remember) so we didn’t get a chance to try but it seems that the breakfast is served in a very beautiful area.

Siamo stati due notti presso l'hotel NH Firenze. si trova ad una fermata di tram dalla stazione di S.M. Novella, quindi è molto vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera premium spaziosa e ben illuminata. La stanza era pulita ma sulle tende c'era parecchia polvere. Letto comodo e servizi wifi perfetti. L'unica pecca sono stati in servizi aggiuntivi in camera: da un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato un servizio migliore in camera, come ad esempio ciabattine e kit bagno (cosmetica, dentifricio e spazzolino), cose basiche ma che rendono piacevole un viaggio di poche notti. Nulla da dire per la colazione: perfetta, ottima, tutta roba fresca e ampia varietà di cibo dolce e salato. Concludendo: Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media: pagato tanto rispetto alla posizione e al servizio sopra descritto. Ci tornerei solo per la colazione.

My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff.
